Prices questionable. Considering kids running the show, have no idea what they're doing when they gotta ask you what's this? Tossing things around NOT placing items on scales correctly.
Mostly Negative only Positive they pay cash. Kinda need more room between dumping area / scales , not enough room to turn around & always seem to be in way or waiting on someone.

Have been to this place multiple times and every time we have visited there’s always been an issue! Todays trip caused them to lose a customer. Gentlemen with the ear muffs was very unprofessional, using slang terms, throwing items, and was complaining and degrading my husband the whole time we were dropping stuff off. They weigh items at the edge of the scale which I’m sure makes stuff off count, tons of workers standing around not helping, many items were not on our receipt so we got jipped, and was getting angry when we showed up 35 mins before close and left over an hour later. My husband was doing most of the work alone, yet we were getting hassled for “causing them to go home late”. Very unprofessional and very frustrating. 0/10
Very good service no matter if the prices are low on junk at that time. They have decent prices on copper. Aluminum is little low, I wish it paid more out but atleast recycling is the best thing out of all of this . I recommend this place!

These guys may seem small and a little lower on price but you get so much more when it comes to there service. Gene(owner)and Jim(employee) are great people and know how to keep things moving. The service at Junk IT in bar none. You see your weight as you tram onto the scale and you see it empty as well. Pay out is on site and cash. Stay away from Jasper. They are a joke!
