I am writing this solely based on a phone call I just had. The man almost immediately made me feel uncomfortable. He was trying to persuade me in to buying this part over the phone with him and that’s when things went South. He sent me an email with a photo of the part I need but it just did not look like something a professional business would send.
Thank God I quickly decided to look them up on Google. EXACTLY what my intuition was telling me was going to happen is exactly what I’m seeing all the reviews say. They take your money and never send the parts. Beware. This makes me sad for elderly people that wouldn’t know any better… shame on these people.
Don’t ever order from this place ordered a motor and got the run around 2 months later and still no motor and out of the money cause they have blocked my number if I could give them no stars I would of done that again DO NOT I repeat DO NOT ever order from here I am going to take this to my lawyer and the BBB
Ordered a motor a month ago and got nothing but 3 run around about it coming all bad.
Lol i order a part from China 2 weeks after ordering my motor and no motor 7 hr away but part from China is here and now my number is blocked. Lol. Place has good stores so if you want a storey order from drivetrain if u don't don't order 7/11/25
Rip off!! Take your money and do not deliver part! Last time I finally got someone that didn’t hang up on me, I was told to go to the bank and dispute charges. It’s awful how people make a living off someone else’s hard earned money:(
Purchased an engine from Allen Cooper, he took my money and didn't deliver. He won't respond to my calls, my emails and now the 888 number is out of service. He is a thief. I'm filing paperwork for criminal charges and taking him to court. In TN this is a felony.
I purchased used parts from Drivetrain used parts back in July or August of this year, 2024. I returned 2 of the parts since I ended up not needing them. Drivetrain owes me $104 for the returned parts. I have been trying since August 2024 to get my $104 back. I get emails promising to send the money, but it never arrives. Today when I tried to reach Drivetrain again, this time by phone, I was told the company is out of business and it is gone. I am out $104. I don't know who now owns this company, but you should NOT do business with them. They are crooks for taking return of 2 parts and not paying me my $104.
Purchased motor. Was guaranteed. When installed motor had blown head gaskets. Reported issue and guarantee was not honored. When contacted company they hung up and would not talk to me. Would not recommend any business with this company.
I ordered a small part over 2 weeks ago. I received a total of 3 phone calls telling me that I would be getting an email with a tracking number in a few days. That was over 2 weeks ago. I wrote them asking to please give me an update about my order. I received an email stating that I would receive an email with the tracking number in 24/48 hours. I never received anything. I wrote to them 1 last time about my dissapointment with the way I was being ignored. I have not heard anything back now since I was supposed to get a tracking number in 24/48 hours. That was 3 days ago. I have contacted my C.C. in order to cancel this. They took my money in less that a half hour after I gave them my info. Got one call stating they did not ship m order yet because they were having problems with UPS drivers. I contacted UPS. I was told NO They were not short any drivers. At this point I contacted my C.C. co. and reported this as FRAUD. DO NOT ORDER PARTS FROM THESE PEOPLE. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER. They are very very fast to take your money though.
I have been trying multiple times to get a shipping label emailed to me because I got told I would be able to get a refund within a certain amount of time. Now I will miss that time frame and not be able to get my refund. Do not shop here.
My Ford Stationwagon had a mid year door change. Drivetrain knew of the difference, and two other Used Auto parts dealers did not. They tried but failed to get me a door that fits. My positive experience with Drivetrain needs to be shared with others. I recommend you contact them for used parts. I worked with Kenny
