If I could give half a star I might. NOPE ZERO STARS!!! Had to give one star to get this review posted! All I was trying to do was replace a headlight that had filled with water. The man said that I could pick up the headlight in three days. Ended up being eight days. I didn't pull the headlight until I had the replacement so I didn't notice the broken mounting tabs until I got the damage one off. When I tried to return for a refund he hands me a receipt that says no refunds. He then stated that he would get me another and to this day I have not heard from him. He took my phone number and has not answered any of my calls. I have since gotten a replacement headlight off line which arrived when they said it would and was in excellent condition. So much for trying to support local business. I suggest Not using, please be careful when dealing with Granville Used Auto Parts they are dishonest, have poor service, poor quality, and disrespectful.
I can never tell if they're open. I stopped by three different times during business hours and the gate is always locked and nobody is there. There isn't a single decent junk yard within a 45 minute drive anymore.
Didn't have the part on site that I needed but he continued searching till he found and at a beautiful price and was willing to make sure my truck was back on the road today thanks guys
The owner was so helpful. He answered the phone every time I called. He got the parts tracked down. His price was more than fair. He met me at 7:30a.m. even though he opens at 10:00! Very happy with the service.
This man is a crook. Got a tire a week ago. Only to have it blow out today. After he took a perfectly good tire that I only needed the rim replaced for. Also tried to give me the wrong size tire the day before putting on this crappy tire.
Waited from 11:30am to 5:30 after paying upfront for a tire and rim to be told multiple excuses about why it is taking so long and also told he was getting rim from his other shop to then be told he had to go pick the rim up from anderson. Ps had me and my husband sitting on one of the hottest days in front of his junk yard because we couldn't drive due to no tire. Very unprofessional very inconsiderate would not recommend to my enemy's!
If there was an option for 0 stars. I called to see if they had an alternator. Spoke to a guy that was very rude from get go but they had it. He told me $80 dollars cash only. Went up there then he tells me about a core charge. So ran back and removed old one. Returned a few min later and the man took 30 minutes to remove a 5 min part. Then proceeded to come outside and told me it's $95.00 now . This business is very unprofessional and the man is rude . I will never use these guys again . A joke of an outfit .
never give your money upfront . that's what they want . this place has been Permanently closed a long time agoI asked them how much a part was they told me one thing and then he walked inside and turn around and changed the price It's a joke it's a scam they're there to support their crack habits run far away
Took 2 1/2 weeks to fix my bumper and install a hitch. Everytime he gave me a date to pick my truck up he would call and tell me something else is needed before he can fix the hitch. Spent way more money than I should’ve. He only accepts cash and money upfront before doing the work which is super unheard of and sketch. If I was you I’d consider going elsewhere.
This place is a joke with their high prices and horrible customer service. The owner is a rude liar, and will not even talk to you respectfully, let alone give you your money back. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. I will never deal with this place again and I'm filing complaints with The Better Business Bureau and The Attorny Generals Office as well. Don't do any work for this place either cause you will not get paid. I have lost a lot of money dealing with this place and believing what they were telling me was true, but it wasn't, nothing but lies just to take my money but I hope it was worth it and maybe the BBB or The Attorney General's officue can make him fix his lies and pay me what I'm owed!!!!
Had me calling and waiting all day for a motor that they said they had, so I called at the end of the day inquiring about it, received a very unprofessional response
