I had an urgent car issue and Travis came out within 30 minutes and helped me. Very professional and kind and the company gave great auto advice. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing help in Muncie. My only complaint would be that it was a little pricy for what I had done, but since they were timely and helped me exactly where I was at, it was worth it.
My car was car jack while I was in the car I was lucky enough to get away from the man. They took my car to Lame deer totally destroyed. My car and Nick the owner of the company was kind enough to call me and let me see my automobile that had been totally trashed so I could see if I had any belongings left in it and I did have one piece of paper in there, Nick went beyond the call of duty to help me. Blocked me in at m motors in anderson the driver was a straight smart mouth before he even started unchaining, we asked if he please let us out. He cursed us out said no and almost hit my car when letting down the ramp.

This company is literally a life saver. I had a truck stalled out at a gas station. (Bad Starter) The tow truck driver "Jay" was there sooner than expected and brought my truck home. (Bonus) He even found a temporary solution to my problem while I wait to get it back up and running! I'm definitely recommending this company in the future!

I cannot say enough good things about Johnson towing. They first helped me when they were the company my roadside assistance used. That may sound like a one time thing, but the old Ford Truck I had may have really liked being towed by them, because it was at least 5 times, probably more. Then, recently, I purchased a car that started have issues on day one and Johnson is who the car lot uses. Three tows in three days, all at different hours of the day. Always super friendly, always answers the phone or calls right back! I would highly recommend them to any individual or business! At this point, after so many times speaking with them, I'm think I'm obligated to invite them to at least one Sunday dinner! Seriously, great people!

My daughter attends Ball State and I got a call from her that her car was not starting. I tried to help her try different things over the phone. She originally called the Chevy dealership in Muncie and they do not offer towing. They gave her a number to call and that towing company never showed; so the next day I called the my insurance company (Travelers) as they offer roadside assistance. They dispatched Johnson Towing and Recovery LLC. They got there quickly. They were friendly and courteous. The got my daughter's car to where it needed to go. They even tried to start the car first to see if they could save me a trip to the mechanic. They also have a good working relationship with the repair shop I chose and reassured me that they are good (it was Earl's in Muncie and I will review them in a few days...so far so good with them by the way). I would definitely use Johnson Towing again.

They were extremely helpful in getting my daughters car back home after her ball joint broke. Both driver's delivered exceptional customer service and very very friendly. They were careful to make sure no more damage was done when loading and unloading her car. Highly recommend them for service!

We own a Transportation company out of Fort Wayne, IN. Our vehicles travel into unimproved areas for pickup and occasionally end up getting stuck. When this happens anywhere around Muncie we don't use any other towing company besides Johnson's.
We tried using a few of the larger towing companies in Muncie and they are less than scrupulous in how they go about their business. Not Johnson. They are reasonably priced, get there quickly, and are super FRIENDLY . Unlike other companies who may make you feel like you are inconveniencing them with your business.
Do this small business a favor and use them when you get "stuck" in a bind...
They are very disrespectful and condescending. Also while you are clearly explaining an issue and they don't want to hear it THEY HANG UP ON YOU!! The only reason I gave them 1 star was to be able to write this review. So I give this company a negative 5 stars!!!
I accidentally locked my keys out of my car while sweeping it out. My roadside got in touch with them for me. He called within about 20 minutes and was there not long after. He was very professional but kind. It was a stressful situation for me. He had my door unlocked in less than 2 minutes. The entire ordeal was maybe 40ish minutes total. I won’t ever use anyone else and will highly recommend them to all my friends and family. I couldn’t of asked for any better service and compassion.
I called and they sent driver Sean to help me. Sean was great, friendly and he wasted no time getting me taken care of. Great price, great communication, and great service! I hope I never need to be towed again, but if I do, I’m calling them.
