Had an issue with the fuel pump. Dispatch was great and driver was even better. Came out to the Home Depot off Lime Rd and hooked up quickly. Drove all the way up to Saint Joe area and was very reasonably priced. Great service and will use again if needed. Thank you!

Had roadside service through Sams club. My tire was flat and couldn’t get it off. Sams forgot to put my key back when they serviced my tire last. Called to get car towed. Riverside was supposed to be here in 75 minutes. From 10:30 when I called. At 12:00 I got a text from them saying eta 75 min. At 1:30 no one showed up. Called driver. No answer. Calling roadside service. He called driver. No answer. Tried getting different companies. No one was willing to tow my car. And riverside service couldn’t even let me know they weren’t going to show up. I will also be rating Sams roadside service agreement.
Truck came within 15 minutes of the time I was quoted. The driver was super courteous and fast. The person I talked to on the phone was great as well. They were able to get my vehicle out of a tight spot and make it look easy.
I was paired up with Riverside Towing through the Allstate roadside assistance when my car broke down on the side of the road. They came out two hours earlier than the app was telling me after realizing I was on the road (app didn't tell them). Josh was super friendly and let us ride with him since we got it towed home. They really helped us in a tough situation.
Had Grayson come by our shop to put in a spare for one of our trucks, he was in and out QUICK! Definitely would recommend them. Especially if you have fleet vehicles.

I had an emergency vehicle situation in Ft Wayne this evening and thankfully AAA sent Riverside Towing to assist me . The driver was courteous and professional and went way above and beyond to make sure I was safe and my vehicle was roadworthy.
He called to let me know when he would arrive , had me wait in his warm truck while he serviced my vehicle and then protected me and assisted me to safely get back on the highway then he followed the to a service station and made sure I was completely safe . I have not had such great , friendly and complete service from any business for a very long time . I was cared for as if I was family and you can't ask for more than that ! It was as if my brother was caring for me...made absolutely sure I was safe ! This is a small family business and I will definitely be requesting their services anytime I need a towtruck or roadside service in their service area.
It's also fantastic they serve AAA members.

Chris wenched my vehicle out of a deep ditch. He arrived in less than the promised time. He kept me updated on his location en route. He's the friendliest, most personable man! He was concerned about any injury that I may have had. He also helped me inspect my vehicle for any damage. This man EVEN went to the extent of following me as I test drove my vehicle to make sure it was drivable, and that I didn't have any problems. Also, his company's services include billing AAA, so I didn't have to go through all of that hassel. He was there sooner than AAA could have been. There is nothing more that I could have asked for during this service. He went over and above, even during peak times. Thank you SO much, Riverside Towing!
One of your drivers cut me off & I nearly missed my turn. He then proceeded to tailgate the driver in front of him and had to be doing close to 80mph on the highway (all while a vehicle was on the flatbed). Very unsafe and unprofessional driver. I've never used your service and won't in future with such reckless drivers.
We are a delivery company that delivers doughnuts and Amish Baked Goods. One of our vans broke down and Riverside was fast and prompt. We will use again when needed.
Towed my husband’s car that has hand controls. When we went to pick it up, owner refused to let my husband drive it out. We told the owner we were not comfortable with him driving my husband’s car as it is accessibility and medical equipment. Owner responded with “I guess you won’t be getting your car back. Either I drive it, or you surrender it.” We had no choice. He was yanking and forcing the controls. He’s lucky he didn’t damage them. This would be no different than the owner saying he would have to ride/drive my husband’s specialty wheelchair. It’s discriminatory and horrible unprofessional.

Very professional, prompt, and reasonably priced. Their driver has only been towing for about a year, but he performs his job very well, just like a seasoned pro of 20 plus years. He took very good care of loading and unloading my SUV. I will recommend Riverside to anyone and I will use them in the future in the need arises.
The company is a 24 hour towing service, yet the tow truck driver was very unprofessional about having to pick up my truck at 11pm. I had to work today until right before then, and have to get up again for work at 3 am. I remained calm through the entire process, but still was being harassed. He was cursing and complaining when he showed up even though he agreed on the phone to come pick up my truck. Not to mention, my friend and I followed him in a different vehicle and he was speeding the entire way and I felt unsafe with the truck in his possession. He also dropped the truck right in the middle of the shops drive way to get out as soon as possible. The only thing positive is that he got here fast and he got to the repair shop fast, wether illegally or unlawfully. Not pleased with my experience.
