Omg, fast, friendly service! Driving down from Chicago this weekend for the music fest, and got a flat. Pulled over to the gas station and the attendant “Lisa” gave us the best service and Sweet’s number! It was like something out of an old movie, I once watched. The transmission cable on my Tahoe snapped when I put it in reverse. I put the e-break on to keep from rolling backwards and my e-brake cable snapped. Tyler saved the day, he was there in like 5 minutes and had me offloaded at the shop 15 minutes later. Great guy, excellent service!
So let me paint a picture for you if I may. I was sitting on the side of I 74 west for 3 and a half hours waiting on AAA to get to me and they canceled the tow. I was upset and worried about my vehicle. How was i gonna get it home? Was it gonna be ok on the side of the interstate? Then I remembered that Greensburg has one of the greatest tow companies around, Sweets. Not only were they out there in less time then what they had said it would take to get to me, but they were quick to get me up on the flatbed and down the road to my home. And they were clean safe and very comforting cause let me tell you after being on the side of the interstate for three hours in the darkness was a nervous wreck. 10 outta 10 will highly recommend. Best tow experience ever.
I had to have my vehicle towed twice in 2 days to 2 different locations. Tyler was available same day both days. He communicated well about pick up and drop off! Pricing was fair and I would recommend Sweet’s to anyone needing towing services. Very good experience!

Great customer service!! Our truck broke down and he was there within 10-15 minutes. Towed it back to our apartment and parked it in a spot. Tyler even stopped us on the road to let us know to pull our hitch out of the back to keep the truck from rolling considering we didn’t have anything to put behind the wheels and it was stuck in neutral. The whole towing process was finished in under 30 minutes. VERY polite and great customer service. Cheapest place in town and the best!! I would highly recommend!!!

Tyler came to our rescue! My aging father and I were stranded in the countryside out of town in the rain. I called for service and Tyler was there within 15 minutes. He helped my dad in and out of the truck since he has mobility issues. Tyler was respectful and kind, making every effort to make my dad comfortable. He drove us to town, dropped the car at the shop, met my dad at the shop front door so he wouldn’t have to walk far, and took us to a local restaurant while we waited for a ride. I had a flat tire at approximately 4:30 am. I called, and Tyler immediately answered, got my location, and arrived at the time he estimated. He was very courteous, friendly, and quick to get my car loaded and to a tire shop. I highly recommend Tyler, especially in the 24 hour emergency time frame.
Tyler was on point. My van broke down over 50 miles from shop on the way to a job site. Called Tyler and he showed up within 15 minutes and hauled our van back to our Office without hesitation. Very professional and extremely fair price. Would highly recommend!
