We've been ordering D-batteries from Tri-State for a long time now, and their customer service, shipping lead time, and communication are phenomenal! It's like calling an old friend every time. They are personable, kind, and on top of it. We wouldn't order anywhere else. The batteries come packaged safely and arrive 225 miles away in usually only a day or two.
