My position shaft sensor went out as I was on the interstate in Memphis, almost to sellersburg to get to work at Wendy’s. It was dire I get to work or I could lose my job. Since the first phone call, they were pretty rude, I was already emotional as it is, also being heavily pregnant, I’m just trying to survive. I do apologize for not telling them I would be leaving to get to work, I had no choice though, I had to be at work to have my bills covered, and now this expense, my boyfriend picked me up real quick to drop me off then to go back and wait for the tow truck, they ended up beating him there, and no I didn’t leave my keys just incase some nut job tried to take the only transportation I got until I can get a newer car. I figured they wouldn’t have an issue towing it for me without the keys. But that seemed to be a major inconvenience as well. Somehow in the process of towing it though, my tire was completely flat when my boyfriend came home after he found the car was not there on the interstate where we left it. Now, we have to spend extra money on parts that we don’t have the money for at this time…
I’m pretty disappointed with how I was treated on the phone multiple times. It felt more like I was a burden the whole time and an inconvenience rather than a customer. Unfortunately, we won’t be supporting this business anymore, especially with how much we were charged, almost double than what we have paid for in the past 6 months.
We blew a tire on our camper traveling on I65 during rush hour with barely any room to pull over and impossible to try to change it ourselves due to obvious safety risks on a busy Friday.
Our road side assistance wasn’t much assistance (we will address that with AllState when we get back in town next week) so no help there and every business we called was slammed with tire changes and had no availability until the very last one we could try, which was Furnish Towing & Recovery.
They listened to our desperate plea for help and knew we were on a really dangerous stretch of the highway so they sent two of their best to come and save us! Thank you Furnish!
They arrived within minutes and got right on it! 2 hard working fellas you sent us! I highly recommend them! They were fast to arrive, fast changing our tire in a dangerous area with little to no room at all and they were very professional all around! These 2 fellas were our hero’s today and we couldn’t have been more thankful!
Most They are open 24 hours for towing. My son wrecked his car hitting a deer . Yet the only time we can get his belongings out of car is m-f 8 to 430. So not only taking loss from car now we have ti take a day off of work to get his things. OK not after 430 during week what about sat for those of us who work . So people don't lose their job after you just totaled car most people working they don't accommodate employee people by offering sat
To the gentleman who helped my military son with his tire while traveling in a blizzard back to post, on a Sunday night, thank you! You have no idea how helpless we felt as his parents in MI. Thank you so much for being there and helping him!!!
Our rim broke on a road trip, so we stopped off at Furnish for help. The staff tracked down a rim for us in no time. They were friendly and extremely helpful. Amazing service and great price.

The driver Rick was quick to get to us and went above and beyond to make sure the car repair shop was open Saturday and that we had a hotel to stay at. Reasonable price for tow. Very highly recommend their service
Called on a Friday night around 10pm, lady dispatcher was so helpful and nice. The driver arrived within 15min of calling. Super nice guy! I recommend this company for quick service without breaking the bank! Huge shout out to this company! Thanks for helping us out in a stressful situation!!
Awesome group of people right here. Owner ops don’t be afraid to call them for a hand, they are good honest people that aren’t just trying to get rich off every single phone call. They transferred 27 pallets for us at their yard on short notice, had a whole crew of guys there to help us and it was extremely fair priced in my opinion. Thanks again guys you’re all hero’s in our book.
I can’t say enough about Furnish towing! We had a blow out on a busy Hwy, and not only did Rick come and give us a tow he also drove us to several tire shops to find a replacement tire. He ended up taking us back to his shop, where Josh was able to find a couple of tires to get back on the road. This world needs a lot more Josh and Ricks ❤️ Thank you Furnish Towing !!
They were great. We blew a tire and the tow man was willing to see if he had a tire at his shop. Thankfully they did and put it on for me even though they were closed. Thank you. Highly recomend them.

Rick Pyke helped me tow my car when I ran our of gas, and got stranded. He was supremely helpful. Their company was very easy to work with. If anyone ever in need (heavens forbid), highly recommend Furnish Towing!
My car broke down on Hwy 65, heading home to Wisconsin. I was a wreck! Rick from Furnish responded to tow the car. He was so kind and took me and the car to a reputable repair shop. I would recommend Furnish to all! And they weren't outrageously priced.

My tractor trailer broke down.had it towed to a shop for a Reasonable price. Customer service was the best. Even dropped me off at a hotel in a really nice area. Definitely awesome service.
My wife and I were coming from Atlanta and caught a flat while driving through Nashville Tennessee. Stopped in Nashville and they did a piss poor job with our tire only to get another flat in Indiana. Thank God for Furnish Towing and their great group of workers. I need to come back and have a beer with you guys.
They are great people. My truck broke down. The driver could have towed me home and been done with a tow fee. He figured out what was wrong and temporary fix it. Saving money for the tow just paid the service run. Thanks. I'll call them every time.
We had to get our vehicle towed from our house due to some mechanical issues, and the tow company the repair shop was planning to use said they couldn't do it because it would be too difficult from where our vehicle was sitting. We live in this area, so our next step was to call Furnish Towing. They came out and got us towed with no problems...snow and all. The driver/operator was very kind, helpful, and knowledgeable, and the price was reasonable. We will definitely be using Furnish for any towing needs!
