Service was quick and driver was good. The driver scared the devil out of me. The whole way he was tailgating the car ahead of us , with in 10 feet. On the freeway he was weaving between traffic and becoming agitated at the speed of the traffic flow. We were unrestrained in the cab. This whole drive was an accident and a law suit waiting to happen. As I said the driver was very courteous but I felt my life was in danger just riding with him. Time is important, but safety with passengers should be #1 priority.

My car broke down on my way home from work. When I called, they not only told me they could assist, they gave me a timeframe & called back when they were about 12 min away from my location. The young man who showed up was kind and very helpful. I don’t live in the area that my car broke down, but for those who do, or like me and find yourself away from home and needing assistance, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this group! They delivered my car to the repair shop we use in Louisville and a friend picked me up & drove me home. Very grateful!
I will say the price has gone way up since I last used them but they were much faster than the last place I used. I called Bennetts # but i guess it's now S & R Towing. Either way I was happy with the speed of getting there and kindness of driver that came. Will use them again over the past places.
Great service with reasonable cost. We were traveling through on our way to Montana and hit road debris. They towed my vehicle and horse trailer. Dropped kids/dog and I off at the hotel. And took my horse trailer to be stored securely and dropped car off at a mechanic shop. Tow driver was very friendly and efficient. Thanks for great service in a high stress situation for my family.
So I've used Bennett's towing twice now, 1 before covid and 1 recent. 150$ hook up 6$ a mile on a ford f800. All and all we had to fit the truck in a tight spot but picking it up, driving it there, and sitting it down took about 30 minutes. Other places was quoting $300-400 they was under half that. I'd give 6 stars if I could because it had to be moved TODAY and dude was early and helped me. I was once a rescue ranger helping people, I know how it feels to help and I wish that man good luck!
Friendly, helpful, prompt. Stayed in contact with us until he arrived. I would definitely use this service again if need be. Reasonable price, even referred a local mechanic.
Very unhappy with S-R Towing
They were instructed by the service number of roadside assistance to only change a tire at the Louisville international airport parking garage
So simple easy to access and after my agreement
I was being charged $195.00 for 10 minutes of change a tire and waiting 45 minutes for them to show up, I was charged a extra $100 because they
Could not drive a high profile vehicle in a parking garage, on top of that it appeared they didn’t have the right size socket to take lug nuts off so they beat the socket onto the the wheel nuts (remember this is a Chevy car 2 years old
Bottom line is charging $295.00 to change a car tire after it was agreed to pay $195.00
The next day I took my tire the was flat to a local
Tire repair facility and was charged $15. To repair the tire and take the spare off put the original tire on . I wouldn’t recommend S -R to anyone
S&R is my preferred towing company. I've used them multiple times. Every single time they have been one time with their pickups and very professional. Pricing is very competitive with any other local towing company. I have used them from small automobiles and also their heavy wrecker side, towing large trucks.
I had a tire blow out on busy interstate 65 in Louisville. I called Bennetts towing and Chris Mattingly was the driver that arrived on the scene. I was in a difficult area to get to and he stayed in contact with me until he found my location. Chris was extremely polite and worked fast to get us both safely off the interstate.
The dispatch team is completely lost on coordinating breakdowns. The driver Chris was amazing, thank you Chris for your great attitude and fast services. I was lied too 3x times about the ETA and where the driver was at to my location. Office team, you need help on logistics and ETA on times.

Had to get my car towed while I wasnt there and they were so understanding. The person who picked up my car communicated everything from when they picked it up to how long it should take to when the car was dropped at the new location, to where the keys would be placed at the new location WITH photo proof. PLUS they can take card with a link or manually punch in the card itself. Such a reliable service. Thank you so much.
This company was recommended by a tire company I called. 1st good sign. Also took care of my mother very well. 71 on the side of the interstate while Im two hours away is nothing short of terrifying. She came and tested out the donut to find out it was unsafe and took her to a place all the way in Louisville because everywhere was closed by this point. And made sure they put on a good used tire and didn't scam her because of her situation. Good Christian woman with a heart! God always provides! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

Our car died right in the middle of the street, and S&R Towing came to the rescue. They reworked their schedules to fit us in, and adjusted pricing based on the proximity of where our vehicle was headed. Their help made a stressful situation much more manageable
