Nice guy named Chris. My vehicle was stuck in drive, but he figured out how to override to get it in neutral. Great job, very professional. Even shoveled some of the driveway to get it towed, didn't complain for the inconvenience, just did what he had to do! Thank you.

S&R was nothing short of amazing. My SUV was in a sticky situation in many different ways and Tony didn’t stop until he had my vehicle on the back of his tow truck, and for that they will ALWAYS have my business. On top of being SUPER fast for pick up at 7am.
I called and scheduled to pick up. They said they would be there first thing next the next day they showed up around noon with no warning. I’d already waited most of the morning they pick up the item and was taking it to where I asked them to when the guy had trouble finding the direction which is fine, but then They didn’t wanna drop it because I hadn’t paid the bill yet. I’ve used this company more than 10 times and they were more concerned about their money than they were about making sure that the job got completed. I called to discuss it with the management and they didn’t want to hear it.
I’m not a big fan of posting negative reviews but I also am not a big fan of when I call to be heard about a subject that they blow me off. Customer service sucks.
I had to meet the driver at the disabled car and was running a few minutes behind because of traffic. He was patient in waiting and had excellent communication. Got to us fast as well. Really appreciate the service!
The tow guy that came was named Dillon. He went above and beyond my expectations. He made sure, I left the location with both cars, even after I had originally called about one. Price was adjusted accordingly, and he was so polite professional and accommodating!! I appreciated him every step of the way.. it was cold and rainy, I was ready to leave the other car (battery died and front tire was flat) but all on all ….. My car broke down on my way home from work. When I called, they not only told me they could assist, they gave me a timeframe & called back when they were about 12 min away from my location. The young man who showed up was kind and very helpful. I don’t live in the area that my car broke down, but for those who do, or like me and find yourself away from home and needing assistance, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this group! They delivered my car to the repair shop we use in Louisville and a friend picked me up & drove me home. Very grateful!
Great service with reasonable cost. We were traveling through on our way to Montana and hit road debris. They towed my vehicle and horse trailer. Dropped kids/dog and I off at the hotel. And took my horse trailer to be stored securely and dropped car off at a mechanic shop. Tow driver was very friendly and efficient. Thanks for great service in a high stress situation for my family.

This company was recommended by a tire company I called. 1st good sign. Also took care of my mother very well. 71 on the side of the interstate while Im two hours away is nothing short of terrifying. She came and tested out the donut to find out it was unsafe and took her to a place all the way in Louisville because everywhere was closed by this point. And made sure they put on a good used tire and didn't scam her because of her situation. Good Christian woman with a heart! God always provides! Thank you from the bottom of my heart!
