I’m sharing my delivery experience here, it may be different for you than for me. I arrived here at 8.30 in the morning for delivery, there was no specific time set for delivery, but they asked for it earlier. They only have one gate for receiving goods and they were occupied by another truck that arrived an hour before me. I ended up waiting 2 hours and that truck was unloaded and I parked my trailer in its place. Now about an hour has passed since I parked, but my trailer is only 15-20% unloaded. In total, I’ve already been standing here for 3 hours and I don’t know how much longer I’ll wait. the guy on the forklift works very slowly and I'm worried that he'll leave for lunch now and give up unloading my trailer . … It ended up taking them 4 hours to unload my truck. After unloading, glass and a lot of dust remained in the trailer. The body of my new trailer was also damaged. My next order was of course canceled due to long working hours, I lost a day due to this delay. I’m sitting in the next warehouse, I don’t know what to do until tomorrow, because there are no more orders for today. it's 1:00 p.m.
ATTENTION! This facility has ridiculous receiving policy! They unload only 2 trucks per day!
Don't even try to deliver any load to them! They have to go out of business!
