I broke down in the middle of the road. These guys where right behind me when it happened. One of the drivers took the time to stop and make sure I was ok. When my insurance company assigned a tow company. It was going to be a 105 to 135 minutes. They took the time to help me and got my out of a bad situation. They are a great group of guys. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a tow. Thank you guys so much for the great service and understanding.
Earl is the best. He was fast, polite, and professional. Went extra out of his way to help me when I was having a rough day. Also affordable with fair rates.
These people were absolutely so kind so sweet I can’t put in the words the experience I had today other than these people‘s hospitality was really high up there. Amazing service towing very kind of my dog. Very kind to me. Made me feel really safe given everything that was going on made me laugh a lot. You got some really good men here again I can’t thank you guys enough.
Earl did a great job getting vehicle off of 69 he made sure the state trooper followed us. He put a jump pack on. It got it started where I could drive it and follow them because you could not hook it from the front and make sure I was safe getting into my vehicle, he got me to a safe area before he hooked up to my vehicle. He brought me home safely spoke with my wife to calm her down. That really made me very proud cause she was upset worried about my safety. He brought my vehicle home safe you put in the safe spot and a very, very, very appreciated and being there for me thank you for your service.
Drove a friend there to pick up her wrecked car. Staff was polite, professional, and helpful.

Is it common practice for your drivers to park on the side of the road to conduct personal business. Truck 2-02 on June 28th, 2025 at 9 am is parked on the side of 930 and I watched him get out and go in the Flagstar bank while his truck is idealing on the side of the road.
This place is a Godsend!!! We were stranded on the side of the interstate with transmission trouble and I called to get a tow. The owner came out without hesitation and brought us transmission fluid to try and get us going. This company would be my first call anytime the need arises. Thanks again
My wife broke down on I-469S after merging from I-69N... she was in a really hazardous location due to the volume of traffic and the merging taking place. She had called AAA, and Roadside was coming to help her; they dispatched a different tow company from the area. After the first wrecker arrived, and without even knowing the situation, Cody of the K&P New Haven yard just pulled up behind the scene... and he sat there for over 30 minutes - not because he wanted the tow, but just because it was the right thing to do. (Law enforcement had been requested for scene control, but they didn't arrive for over 30 minutes after being called.)
If this is the standard of their company towards doing the right thing... then I will use them EVERY SINGLE TIME, no questions asked.
Unfortunately I had to use these guys a few times and they’ve always showed up fast and hooked up and towed me quickly and efficiently. It’s a company that’s worth supporting!

I went in the ditch on snow covered roads. They were there in about 20 minutes where others were saying 3 hours. The driver, Cody, was a wonderful young man. Gave needed instructions and went above and beyond. My tire was slightly low. He followed me to get air and even aired it. Reasonably priced. Will use them whenever I need services for now on.
