I was from out of town and scrambled to find a nearby Auto Care that would take a look at my Undercarriage Shield that had come loose and was dragging on the roadway. With it already being Winter and Snowy this was a big concern. It was almost close to closing time and they looked at my car and determined they could not reattach it (too damaged) and removed the part (large) so that I could safely return home 2 hours away. They made it hassle free for me and made me feel like they were truly concerned about my time and safety and they were polite.(receptionist and two techs)
They were great! My uncle recommended them as I was in town visiting and had car trouble on my way up. They worked quickly on my car and were very gracious. I would highly recommend them!
The guys in the shop do amazing work. The lady’s in the office are another story. They make you feel like they don’t have time to work on your vehicle because they are so overwhelmed and I am a burden by needing their services. If it weren’t for the great work Scott and the crew do I would go elsewhere.
Was making deliveries in the area and got a screw in my trailer tire, Jim's had it patched and back on the road in no time! Great people and glad they could help me finish my route and get home safely!
Once again My “Go to” has saved me over a thousand bucks! I took my car to a mechanic and they said my struts were bad, that didn’t seem right to me. I took it to Jims and it turned out to be the cover by the wiper blades. I am not going anywhere else anymore… it’s nice to know at least one place Knows what they are doing.
oh my gosh. they texted me when they were done with my vehicle's inspection, and they sent me a link to a whole report they'd made that i could view online. the report clearly indicated if each component was ok or needed maintenance, and they even attached pictures of each part of my vehicle to the report so i could see the visuals for myself! whaaaaaaatt?!?! like, have you ever heard of an auto repair place doing things like this? no. this is EXCEPTIONALLY customer friendly and amazing customer service! 500 stars! wow! i'm so impressed!! thank you for really considering your customers' experience, jim's auto care!! wow, wow!

My Chevy Cruze had one problem after another and they did an awesome job at making it a priority to help multiple times. I was also told about a warranty I wasn’t aware of that could be fixed for free instead of them just fixing it and charging us. I would highly recommend them as a trusted place to get things fixed!
I would recommend Jim’s Auto to anyone looking for a great mechanic! Scott does a fantastic job and extremely thorough and kind. I brought my 1977 Chevrolet Camaro Type LT here to have some brake, suspension, and transmission work done. Scott did a fantastic job and informed me what did and didn’t need repaired. It’s hard to find a mechanic these days that you can trust, but Scott at Jim’s Auto is just that person! I will only go to Jim’s Auto for any car issues from here on out. Thank you Scott

Very thorough inspection with pictures and explanation of findings sent to me. I truly felt like l found an honest mechanic shop. I do most of my own auto repair, but need a good mechanic at times. I'll be back again to find out.

All of the staff are so friendly and very knowledgeable. They will service your vehicle quickly if you have an emergency. They work very hard to keep up with the demand. I often see them working late to working on vehicles. Very reasonable priced. Absolutely LOVE Jim's Auto Care!
We have been using Jim's Auto Care for about a dozen years now. I used to do all my own work, and now I do none. They are great, and I have a rapport with both long time mechanics. They kept one of my cars going well past 250,000 miles, and my other one is almost at 100,000 miles. Great people, great work, great work ethic.

Such a nice guy! Tonight I locked my keys in my car. I was prepared to be on hold with roadside assistance and have to wait on them for over an hour, which would have been a pretty big hiccup in the night. My son’s barber suggested Scott and he was over within minutes to help me out (note this was even after normal business hours, he was kind enough to come help during his free time!). I was so impressed with how kind and professional he is that if I ever need any car repairs he will definitely be my guy from now on!
The owner set aside what he was doing to fix my tire so I could get back to work. He most certainly lost time and money by doing me a favor. It's people like him that make America great. I would recommend this shop to everyone.

Trustworthy, dependable, experienced and wonderful! You know, when you're a girl, and you wonder if the mechanic is trying to rip you off because you don't know as much as him? That would NEVER happen here! This is the only place we have our cars fixed! If you have to wait a little while to get in, it's because they are the best and it's worth it!
