If you're bringing palletes, you will have to scale here, go unload 1 mile down the road. Then come back here to get an empty scale ticket. Then go back to where you unloaded for your bols. Nonsense system.
Awesome place to deliver to! Had a 12:00 pm appointment but they allowed overnight parking as long as I was out of the way. So I arrived last night. Checked in at 8:00 am and I was out by 9:30. Only because they only use one dock and there was 3 trucks ahead of me. The actual unloading took about 20-30 mins and I was 43.000 LBS and about 10-12 pallets. They even swept and cleaned my trailer! No business does that! I was very appreciative of that little gesture.
The ladies at the office were very nice and gracious. Excellent customer service. 10/10
Worse place to come this company for delivery or pick up. Basically for delivery follow appointment time otherwise you might have long wait. Doesn’t understand and listens Driver request or words if late or earlier even tough there was empty docks available.

Great place to unload...girls in the office are friendly..procedure is quick and unload is fast...
Enter..take your paperwork in..scale...pull up open doors ..wait for the dock...back in..pull up on green light ..scale out..grab paperwork n go.
I went to slide my tendons and the guys told me there was no need to because they have spring-loaded docks which makes me happy!

Very nice people very fast to unload you. I would have given him a five star because they say that they sweep out the trailer. But when I got my trailer off the dock it was full of black and white pellets and and broken pallets. They did not clean the trailer out as they stated they did.
Waiting for 30 mins to check in then as soon as the next person walk in they ask “can I help you” putting this as one of the shippers I’ll never go to again
Bad place a waste of time very very slow had wait hours they let other trucks in front of you an left an didn't come back for long time not a great place at all very disrespectful and slow ?

Waste of time got there at 1130 had to wait for 1 dock 2 trucks in front of me. Lady comes out and says local super trucker will be cutting in front of you. No issue everthing going quick until local guys takes a hour to load.. Finally get to me and they start unloading me and decide to take a break. Now I understand why they put local guy ahead of me. I waited 35 min for them to come back and be done in 5 min. Didn't leave to 3pm.
Great place to load. They check in quickly, and get you loaded just as quick. If you get the "East Parr Rd" address for shipping, make sure you go to main office at 590 W 500 S first to scale in and find out which building you're loading at.
Great place and super kind people that go above and beyond to try and get things done in a timely manner. The dock crew is quick and efficient. 10/10 recommend!
