You want it done the right way? Here's your place. I wanted all new steering components, as well as some suspension components installed on a Japanese SUV, and while the job involved an unexpected delay, the shop made things right. I'm very critical, as I usually would have done this (pretty big) job myself, so I looked for anything I might have to have addressed after the fact, but they did my work perfectly and the truck is back to like-new feel, even at 28 years old. I can't say enough good things about this shop.
Staff was very friendly price was cheapest in the area allowed me to bring my own parts and even showed me what was causing my issue highly recommend sancken they still remained friendly even was i was impatient 👍

Everyone dislikes unexpected car repairs especially if the car doesnt move when you want it. I called for a tow and they were very prompt and professional about it. I offered them the work but they were booked 2 weeks out. They were honest and they recommended where to take it and i was back on the road with the repair I needed.. Same day. Thanks Sancken!

I had always taken my vehicles to the same guy for many years but he retired so I have tried a couple other local places in the past couple years but neither of them compared to the great service I received here!! The people I talked to on the phone prior to taking my car and were extremely friendly and helpful. Before any work was done, I received a phone call to go over options etc. The info I received was honest and explained everything very well. The gal at the desk was the nicest when I stopped in to pay. Friendliness, kindness, and honesty go a long way and they seem to have it all! Thanks again!
Sanken Automotive is by far the best in the area they have been working on numerous of my family cars over the years. And every time do a great job!!! They find the problem and fix it not into trying to up sale or add on just fix your car correctly!!!!!!

I needed a second opinion on needing new tires, so I went here to have them put air and got my confirmation for new tires at no charge. So very happy with the service here.

The people here were very friendly. I thought I needed an alignment but Kenny called and said I only needed my tires rotated, wow how many places would actually save you money. They also did other work and I can't brag enough about how pleased I am with their work. I have found my go to shop. Thanks to all of you

Pay $271 for a new tire and service and the NEXT day, it blows in 12 different places?! You call that a NEW tire. I call it a lawsuit. Dryrotted to absolute hell and almost killed 3 passengers.....nice job, Sancken!
Excellent shop. Kenny is a great guy, got us in and fixed up real quick at a fair cost. Recommended by Bob at Napa auto parts, Sancken is definitely the place to go if you need a good honest shop!
These guys are honest, top-notch professionals who know exactly what they're doing. In the event that they may have some questions or concerns, they contact the customer immediately and advise of such. We've towed a few customers' vehicles to them and have only heard positive comments from those clients later on.
Great Experience! My first time having a vehicle repair at this shop and the people were friendly and most of all honest. Not only do they have their own towing service, which saved me time calling a tow company, but they also came up with a more efficient way to fix my vehicle which saved me money. I paid for my repairs feeling like I was truly cared for and taken care of. I highly recommend this shop!
This automotive shop is one of the best around. They are quick to serve, find out the problem easily and don't try to sell you parts or other products to meet a sales quota unlike dealerships.
