Blew a tire on the same street as Ericksons drive right over they were able to get a spare and order and install a new tire all in the same day. Was quick and efficient!
I Went there for a used seat. When I arrived a man directed to a lot of smashed cars.
While looking around he raced up I'm a massive end loader, almost hitting my car, proceeded to lean out the side and threatened to crush my car with me in it. Not sure what the issue even was, but I wasn't inclined to find out.
I did not leave with a seat to say the least. This place is not only horrible but possibly a genuine safety risk to anyone who goes there.
Prices are ok, and as long as that’s all you care about you are fine. They haven’t heard of customer service there or they don’t care, they are as unfriendly and dry as they can get.
Everyone always brags about great service. But I never received that I was sold two use tires $50 a piece and within a week they were losing air. Also noticed their weather tires with creases very disappointed. They pick and choose who they give a discount or cheaper price to depending on if they like you or not. Unfortunately I had to bring my three small children inside with me and sit in the waiting room felt as if they treated me differently. In a way I understand I bought used tires and you get what you pay for but really could have gave me some tires that would last more than a week
If I could give this place zero stars I would.
Bryan is a terrible human. False imprisonment on a person, false police reports, hijacking vehicles, changing prices last minute to customers after telling them a price, and demanding more money or he will keep your vehicle is bad business.
Do not shop here for anything and spread the word yall!
Came here on 4/27 for a used tire, was quoted $30. After the installation was complete the owner took over and tried to charge $60, I had to go get money because they wouldn’t hold there original price or threats of keeping my vehicle was done. We settled on $50 and I told them I needed a plug for my tire which was quoted at $10, he did the work and made me aware magically the prices changed after he did the work and demanded $20 I refused to pay and he called to cops saying I was irate and Bryan the owner or owners son, got in my face locked my car in his garage and put his hands on me. Definitely shop elsewhere.
Jacks tire is conveniently next door and will be getting my business from now on. Beware of Scam Prices.
Had Erickson haul away a junk car. They were the first place we were able to call and get a decent price and get it scheduled for the same day. They barely asked questions and got it done. The other places wasted our time with terrible offers and poor scheduling. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because they priced it lower than one of the other companies that wasted our time. At least Erickson stuck to the quoted price though.
Asked for 1 specific tire. Exact name and size. I got oh yes we have that. Get all the way there and then was told we don't match what you ask for.
Well gee, that could have been told to me before I wasted my gas and time to get there.

I was alerted about low tire pressure due to a leak in my tire. Soon I was back on the road and made it to work on time. They provided very prompt service and repair.
Used to be one of my favorite places to go, until today. Called about a part, was quoted 75 dollars. Got there, spoke to some other man, was quoted 100 dollars and he was a complete jerk about it. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. What a complete waste of time and gas.
I bought 4 tires for my ranger 2 landed up being bad but they made it right no argument nothing he was good about it I can't complain he sold me a 5th tire and a spare rim for my truck and took the 2 bad tires back and gave me a lil money back will do business again with them
Definitely a great place to find cheap used tires and a few other miscellaneous things you may need. Only bad thing is, in my opinion the lady who works there should work on her patience and customer service skills.
My son had a blow out tire. He put a gouge on the rim so i thought he needed new one. I went to Erickson's and the owner asked me what I needed. I told him a tire and another rim. He came out and looked at the tore up one in the back of the truck and asked what's wrong with that one besides it needing a new tire? He looked it over and said how about I fix the one you have? I trusted him and said if you can make it work, go ahead. He checked it to see if bent or out round & then grounded out a rough edge on it, put what look like a brand new tire on it, balanced it. I was out the door within 5-10 min tops for $65. The owner must of worked for a racetrack, he is a fast no nonsense kinda guy. Very well satisfied customer.
I’d drive hours out of my way just to never deal with them again. You’d think I walked in the front door of their own home without knocking from the looks I got. No greeting just dead stares. It would be laughable if it wasn’t so sad. Coldest staff, poor communication and condescending attitudes- I didn’t dare ask a question. Got my tire and left as quickly as I could. Won’t be back.
One of the best places I have ever went to! They fixed my tire fast and very efficiently and for pretty cheap! The staff are very nice and were super helpful. Honestly cannot gush enough about how awesome they are. Please please please if you need a tire or a part for your vehicle go see them they'll help you
Always get my tires and batteries from them for years and years, called today and they had my tire I needed and got 2 brand new tires, great price too. The put them on and I was good to go.

The people who work there are extremely rude, argumentative and unprofessional. I drove all the way from Poplar Grove to purchase two headlamp assemblies for my vehicle that I was told were in stock on the shelf for $45.00 each. When I arrived, however, I was informed that they only had one at that price and furthermore there was absolutely no way that anyone could have told me differently. Not only did this woman argue with me about this, but she did so at the top of her lungs. What they did not realize is that my phone records all calls in and out automatically and I have the proof of what I was told.
In short, if you want to deal with courteous, professional people, keep driving right past Erickson Auto Parts and Services.
This place is great. Needed a rim for grand daughters car (she bent it hitting a pothole) Tire was jacked too. Found me a rim and asked if I would like a tire on it. Saved me all sorts of time and money.
Over confident on there parts. I explained that I needed 8x170 dually wheels off of a 99-2003 Ford F-350. Had my wife pick them up thinking they knew what they were doing. Turns out they sold me 8x6.5 from an older dually truck or trailer. Held tight they came off of a 2003 ford. Bold faced lie. They did refund the money but I live 45 minutes away. So it was a waisted 2 trips. Buyer be aware. If you don’t know exactly what you need and can pick it up yourself to verify do not buy from this yard. The only reason they get 2 stars is because they did refund on a cash deal.
Bought a hood and headlight.staff was way more friendly than usual!! Good place with large selection of used tires for your beater and most any parts you might need

I went for price check on 1 alternator. The lady in front said $35 Or $45 And needs to see the Old one to match it.
Today 3/13/18
Went back with my alternator. She called an "older" man whom went to the back & Brought back a used alternator. He slammed the alternator on the front desk next to mine. He said "there you have it. $65." 0,o. >>> Can you change the price overnight????<<<<
I said WOW! I took my alternator back and said "thank you for your time." The end.
P.S. I got the part for $35 in S Beloit Auto Parts. (JULIO)
Most rude place I have ever been to exspecially the older woman so damn rude and arrogant. We had called them to see if are tire had come in yet they said yes. We get down there and there instantly rude as hell and tell us that they never got the call. There snakes down there don't go to them they need a lesson in mutual respect.
I had a blowout about 8:30 at night. Needless to say all tire repair shops were closed. Luckily I found ERICSON AUTO on GOOGLE. Now Most places would say, "no come back in the morning". He did not. Not only did he come in After Hours he was very polite and very patient, replace my tire, checked my oil levels and gave me a quick inspection to just let me know what else was needed on my veichle. Unfortunately I don't live in the area but if I did and if I am ever back in the area. ERICSON AUTO IS THE SHOP TO GO TO!!! This shop saved me MONEY, TIME and STRESS. A many things that are a great value to many people. I recommend any and everyone to come here. They will get the job done and leave you very satisfied with their work.
I went there to get tires on my s10 and they put my truck on the lift and put my gas tank right on the lift and cracked my gas tank. They fix it granted but they rufused to give me a damn loaner car and I had to go to work the next day very rude and inconsiderate. The people in the garage dont know there ass from there heads on a car I have to give them special instructions every time I go for tires. They tried telling me tires balence themselves. Ha yeah right good joke I worked at a shop cant pull the sheet over my eyes im not dumb. Junk yard mechanics are a joke.
I needed tires for my van, so I stopped in and they had plenty of used tires to choose from. I picked the four I wanted and they put them on. I was in and out within a half an hour! That included balancing! I was probably lucky that it was a slow day for them. I've been to Erickson's before and I will definitely go again. You can't beat them for tires!
