Our tire burst on the highway, they were able to tow our car to their shop quickly and get us back on the road fast. I highly recommend this place, wonderful service
Highly recommend Tony’s! Was stuck on the interstate with a blown tire with my husband and 5 year old. They were to me within 30 minutes, towed it to the tire place, and even made sure my car was locked and keys got to the right people. Would use them over and over again! Thank you Tony’s!
These guys are real bros. U-Haul, however, is a garbage company run by garbage people. Tony's helped me out when U-Haul wouldn't. All my homies hate U-Haul but love Tony's.
I have used their tow services twice now and both times have been great.
The first time I used their services, I was stranded on the interstate. I called several other locations that were charging $25+ above their quote and were going to take 45+ minutes longer than them to come pick up my vehicle. When the driver arrived, he was very friendly, social, gave me a ride back, and made sure I was warm (kept the heat blasting while he was sitting there in layers. He started sweating so I asked him to turn the heat down so he wouldn't pass out, lol).
My second experience with a different driver was pretty much the same, except I didn't need a ride home this time. They arrived at the time specified, quote was lower than others, driver was friendly and he wasn't rough with my vehicle like I have recently experienced with other drivers.
If you are looking for timely, friendly and fairly priced 24 hour towing, they are definitely worth the investment...and I have learned, they provide other services as well (Uhaul rental, oil change, new/used tires, tunes ups, etc.) So we have found a reliable place that our family can call in our time of need.
Called ahead, set a reservation. Came in and was explained that my damaged ID was not valid, came back 15 minutes later with a friend to drive for me instead. Before I could even return, the associate had cancelled my reservation and had scheduled someone else already. He had noted that “I told you I cancelled as you stormed out” (my storming out consisted of me telling him to have a nice day, walking out calmly and slamming my own car door) this associate also refused to give his name or position in this company. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this business in any way shape or form.
We have worked with Tony here for at least a year. The guys have always done right by us!
Towing, new tires, batteries, alternators, suspension etc they've done it all for us.
My husband and I had to move and we were given the run around by Uhaul. But once we called Tony's not only did they help us well after service hours, they also hooked up everything so that it was easy to hook up and go. I'd definitely recommend them. Thanks so much you guys!
they were extra nice and on point explained the whole process in detail with out me having to ask. hands down my favorite uhaul experience and I do not say that lightly. would gladly use this location again and would recommend it to anyone
