  I will recommend this particular store (#1344) with Sam, Twan, and Aurelius over and over and over again! I'm a Rockford native and have lived here almost all my life. I have never been to a better auto parts store than this one, and boy have I been to many. The people here are so caring and so empathic and super helpful. If you have a problem, they have a solution. Come to this particular location, these three guys will have you figured out and on your way in no time. Thank you so much Sam, Twan, and Aurelius!!!!

  Horrible store! Very rude person waited on me. Asked if he could help install and was told they don’t do that anymore. Then got home to find out he sold me the wrong part. Obviously listened to nothing I said to him.

  Super helpful and patient! Helped me carry brake rotors to my car. They've also turned our rotors in the past, which has been great. We get 90% of our car parts here, and we do 99% of our car repairs/maintenance. Repeat customer for many years.

  I came in to read my engine code and I found that a cylinder was misfiring. I have never replaced the plugs on this car before so the staff helped me find the right tools and gave me advice on how to diagnose and fix the problem myself. I am very grateful for the help I got from the staff at this location today.

  I have been shopping at O'riley since I bought my first car. Ive been a happy customer until last week when I requested a stock replacement exhaust part be ordered from this location. It was requested repeatedly and they have repeatedly forgotten to order it. Been told it'll be here tomorrow several times and still have yet to get it. This is the most unacceptable service I've ever had from an auto parts store. I am reluctantly losing all faith in the company if they let a store be run this incompetently. Don't waste your time. Find a different store.
