Over charged for storage fees. Signs clearly posted say $50/day but charged $75/day when I went to pick up. They wouldn’t release the car unless I paid the extra fees they made up. Terrible people.
Have used multiple company’s in the area recently and wish I would have called action towing every time they were quick and professional and on top of that cheaper then anyone else a to z towing told me it would be 45 minutes ended up taking 6 hours then couldn’t get my car off the flatbed causing damage to car after watching the driver try to get it off for 20 minutes I taught him how to bypass nuetral safety switch tuff guy towing also told me an hour and took 8 hours which neither experience was I in a rush but wanted to be home to pay them action towing has stayed true to their word every time I’ve called and I wouldn’t ever call anyone but them
My car died on a very bad intersection on Sunday, the guy called the cops for me to make sure I'd be ok....I'd already had several cars fly up on me. Thank you! I'll be calling again....
I was in an accident recently, and had the experience of using the services of Action (also known as Eagle) towing.
I was very impressed with the driver who came to tow my car, he was professional and kind, even helping to alleviate some of the stress of the situation by cracking a joke. He is a huge asset to the company.
The office staff I worked with (I think the owner) was another matter however. He lacked respect for me as a customer, and was actually pretty rude.
I did release my car to them in the end (totalled). The staff member I worked with (owner?) at first agreed to give me the back tires (I was getting the same kind of car) but I was unable to arrange transportation the next day. It took me about week to get ahold of him again (my priority being getting to and from work, as well as securing a new car). But when I spoke to him again he said he was on his way out the door and didn't want the extra paperwork.
Their prices are not listed, they may change from one person to another, so I wanted to be sure to list my pricing here - I was charged 450 for the tow(175), storage(200), labor(25), milage(75), administration(50, and clean up(50).
I was disappointed by the way Action/Eagle towing handled the situation, but maybe I caught them on a few bad days. Personally I would not utilize their services again unless I had to. It would be huge for the office staff to treat all customers with professionalism and respect, regardless of how he views them personally, or whatever situationhe has going on outside of the business.
