For those who need more details: I was driving my dad's car when the alternator started to go, and eventually, we ran out of power about 20 miles outside of town. I first tried to go through my dad's insurance, (the one where a guy named Jake works...) and after going through the automated process (never got the chance to even attempt to get an agent, the option didn't even exist) the best the automated system could do was offer a tow on Monday (it was Saturday). That wasn't going to cut it, as I had a flight to catch. So I hopped on Google and scrolled past all the sponsored ads before I came across these guys. Not only did a real person answer the phone, but he was polite and kind, AND could come get the car in 30 minutes! I wasn't able to wait with the car because, again, flight to catch, so he allowed me to pay over the phone, and made sure I got a text with the receipt. He even took the time to call and update me when he picked up the car and got it to the shop of our choice. No one ever wants to call a towing company, but when you need one, these guys will get the job done. Thank you Sara DJ Towing!!
