This company is unprofessional and money hungry. I worked with Todd. I expressed to him my concern about being taken advantage of and buying a reliable means of transportation. Only to have engine failure twice! I am so exhausted with car dealerships taking advantage of those who are vulnerable and expressive about not having to make a way. If it were their family or loved one, they would make sure that everything is working and in order.
We got fast and quality customer service from all the employees. They made sure we left with a car and got the highest value for our trade in. Very kind, honest, and reliable people!
I love this car place Jessie helped me find a car I wanted tested drive 2 cars found one I really liked!! , he really communicated very good to me and approved me with decent credit with amazing downpayment price , the process was very good left out the same day buying my car , I appreciate them so much I def recommend anyone there 100%!! Came in about a week ago with no thought about buying a car that day, Well I did in fact get a car and I absolutely love it.The only thing that was wrong was my headlight was out and I needed a new key fob.Came back the next day and they fixed my headlight with no questions asked. My key fob on the other hand well it was in bad shape so they did the best they could to try to fix it.At the end of the day they made sure I had a working key fob even if that meant they had to stay an extra hour after closing to do so. Lovely people.They went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with what I had. if I ever need another car I’m definitely coming here.highly recommend working with Todd
Jesse was a great help! He was very personable and pleasant and made the experience actually quite fun. I’ve never had an experience with a more dedicated associate. He stayed hours after closing to ensure my mom and I were going to be taken care of and did just that if not more! We will definitely be coming back for any future car needs, Jesse is our man!
So never got the chance to get a vehicle cause the games they played told me every vehicle was in detailing for over a week sold one truck still waiting to get pics I was promised of the other today actually they said first thing in the morning now it’s back into detailing I used to deliver for people of small little dealerships like this the vehicles were junk from Copart mainly that they’d half ass clean up or Carmax junk vehicles anyway I think I’ve given up on the false promises and blatant lies out of them if it’s this hard to get a pic and price I can imagine buying a vehicle from them would be nothing but a huge problem like can’t walk outside 20 feet and give me a picture seems pretty lazy I’m over it good luck to anyone that wants to buy from these lazy people I’d go to a more reputable place if buying a vehicle these are always the hit or miss with a crap vehicle to a nice one which the nice ones are rare and businesses like this always fail
Came right in really not sure what I was looking for but I can definitely say I walked out extremely happy, they were very kind definitely recommend and their vehicles are very well kept and reasonable prices
Do not go here I'm a sales men at a different job (not cars) but there tactic is to not show prices on or at lot so they can see the most they can get out of you via how you look or what you drive already it's not illegal it's perfect fine but I wouldn't work with company I have text messages to prove I ask for the price via email yet no on have reach out or reply to my text message I even call both the texted number and the actual main line of the phone .. when I told the texted line again that nobody pick up they wanted me to come in and speak to the manger. Not matter what you guys do you will have to go in there and it's a trap. Do no try and go here..
I bought my 2010 Chevy Traverse today and everything about the experience was FANTASTIC!!! Brandon and Jesse BOTH did an excellent job assisting me and making this happen! Long review but worth the read. Buy from here if you don't mind walking. I am a stage iv cancer patient and all I needed was a reliable car to get to my doctor appointments and treatments. I got the exact opposite from here. The engine blew within 2 weeks. Got it fixed because I had no choice, I needed a car and I just financed 16k so I was stuck. Not even a year later, the car started having electrical issues and the engine ended up blowing again. The car was well maintained, it was just sold to me as an existing piece of crap. This time I had no choice but to surrender the vehicle. Now I have no car and no chance of ever financing one because I had to surrender this. Luckily the news station picked up a story about me to try and raise money for a new car. As much as I wanted to blast this place on TV, I decided not to becasue I am a decent person, unlike the fine employees at Loves Park Auto. One thing is for sure I certainly won't be buying a car from this place again and neither will anyone I know.
2 months after buying, needs a new transmission, timing chain is slapping chain cover . $5,000 repair bill. W/ maintenance agreement. $2000 + To fiw .. HAY BUY A CAR / CLEARED EXISTING CODES .. RIP- OFF LOT .. KNOW BE FOR YOU GO!!

I went there with my trade in and some money and left there with a vehicle that had very low miles and it was really clean and my experience with them(Brandon and his senior partner) was that they both were knowledgeable about their vehicles and what would be best for my budget.I test drove two cars and the second one I was sold on right away, and without hesitation we got the deal done. Very professional with courtesy and the willingness to make sure both parties are in agreement with one thing on their mind, and one thing on the consumers mind... Buying, and selling a car... Bottom line I'll go back in a couple of years to get myself a truck... Thank you Brandon for your honesty and great workmanship...
