Biggest dot com shot for police officers who split backend deals by dealing word to mouth before you arrive. Had my car left on Sunday for less than a hour just to battle for2hrs after being pulled over for no front plate. Had tim had his morning jo he would have not threatened me with private property manners and how he is technically not in the mood since neighbors can get pissed. Biggest waste of $340 for Tim to hold my keys and gaslight everyone in the office that's "busy working" while officers pretend they have not gave a piece of paper to release my car.
I was stranded on I-55 and my useless roadside service wouldn’t send someone for 2+ hours. My brother recommended Anderson Towing. The dispatchers were very nice and the driver responded quickly and was very pleasant seeing I was very stressed and upset. It’s terrifying being stuck on the interstate with so many crazy drivers whizzing past you and I just wanted to get myself and my car off the shoulder asap. Thank you for being prompt and for being the good in a bad situation. I’ll know who to call first next time!
Towed my truck here on Saturday morning due to an accident I was in did they did not tell me they were closed and I know for a fact i am going to be getting. Charged for the storage of my car being there till Tuesday due to the holiday
Call 3 times. First time they answered said nothing then immediately hung. Second time I was put on hold for about 30 seconds then I was hung up on. The third time I was put on hold for about a minute, then I was hung up on.
I gave one star because it doesn't let me put 0 this place is the worst place ever I texted them if they had what I was looking for they said yes still in the truck when I get there from 1hour and 30 minutes drive they didn't had my part plus they sent me to talk to some guy just for him to say I'm sorry I think sorry doesn't get my 3 hours lost just because they don't do their job I checked again and it keeps saying the part is still available they are so full off .....I would not recommend no one this place you should seen the guys face he was happy off making me go over there for nothing

Try to get a part for a Mazda they claim they had the part but it had to be shipped to them and they would have the next day. They wanted $125 for the part. I just ordered the same part brand new from eBay for $133. If you go there you better bring Vaseline because you’re going to get screwed. They actually want the same price for a used part as a new one insane even told the person at that I was talking to that I could get one from eBay for that price. His answer was well. We have to have a shipped here that’s why. At those prices are not quite sure how you’re staying in business good luck.
I've been doing business with this company since 2013. Top notch tow truck drivers, experienced parts people. Owner has always been more than fair with me weather I was at work, my business or a customer.

Great people that are willing to help with what vehicles/parts they have on hand. I was looking for a full-size spare for our '06 Honda Pilot EXL 4WD. I was told that they had a rim that matched and could mount a tire. The tire had a decent amount of tread on it. The tire, mounting and balancing, and disposal of the old spare cost $91. Phenomenal savings compared to a new rim and tire.
Tim was great. I highly recommend these guys. They promptly answered the phone and got to me as quickly as they could right after their previous customer. Brought it back to my house and put it exactly where I needed it. Reasonable price too.

Bought a trans for a 22 year old jaguar and got it for next to nothing compared to 7 other places that quoted me 1200+ they sold it out the door for 675. The trand is installed and works like a brand new part. I was highly impressed with the service the entire thing took me 8 min and it was loaded on my truck. I called to purchase a cylinder head, was met with attitude on the other end of the line during the entire call. I continued to follow through to try and make a purchase, was abruptly cut off and called a liar when I said shipping was displayed in their ad. Some businesses hate making money!
I was in a four-car crash with my two girls last night and our car was totaled. We were on our way home from MI to our home in St. Louis and, after towing our car, Greg from Anderson’s Towing was kind enough to drive us to a nearby car rental place before it closed. He waited with us until we were able to get a car so we wouldn’t be stranded there. We greatly appreciate his generosity and the kindness he showed to us when we were shaken and still four hours from home. Greg’s calm demeanor and entertaining jokes kept us calm until we could figure out our next move. Thank you, Greg, for such an amazing experience!
I found replacement door for a 2006 Focus on car-parts.com website, local sources didn't have anything, drove down to pick it up to save shipping and it was waiting for me when I arrived. Good stock, great price for an older car, very pleased with their service.
They are the worst parts dealers on the internet! They quoted me a price of $285 for a used rim and and then when I decided to purchase it a few minutes later, they jacked the price up to $640 with shipping!!! Biggest rip off artists out there! I will never do business with them of ever recommend them. Stay away!

When I called for the parts, right away they picked up the phone. They asked detailed information about my car and informed me when the parts were ready for pick up. They had great service and everyone was very friendly. They have great prices as well. I recommend this place to everyone.
This is a horrible place. First, I found 2 parts from their website (after doing the search for Right Rear Hatchback door) and called them. They just wanted me to put the deposit down and came to pick the part up. I felt that it was very fishy and decided to come, take a look at it and decide on that day. They definitely did not like that idea and frowned on me when I showed up.
On the day that I came, they just gave a vague direction and let me find the car on my own (I expected somebody to show me the location of the car that has my part but no!). I spent 30 minutes looking around in the junk yard. Finally, when I found them, the part was in a horrible condition as compared to what they displayed on the picture. It was so rusty and left in poor condition (I honestly do not understand how they could sell it). The second one was in better condition, so I decided to move forward with it. Since I needed it too urgently and I trusted that their listing has checked for compatibility (as I was searching for the , I did not check whether the part was from a hatchback/ sedan type). It turned out that my mechanic said that the door I got was a sedan door and it does not work for hatchback car. It has no use for my case. However, their website listed it as a "fit" for "Right Rear Hatchback Door". I came back and complained to them. They said they would withhold 20% of the price I paid for restocking fee and did not admit their errors in misleading listing. They even said "Whether you want the refund or no refund at all".
These people are horrible. They just want to entice you to buy their parts without a very sound "90 day warranty" but if you return it to them (even untouched and even within those warranty days), be ready to be taken away 20% of the money you spent on the part. Cannot believe I spent nearly 2 hours driving back and forth to lose additional 20% of the money I spent on the useless parts due to their misleading listings. Also, if you do not pick up, they would charge nearly additional $200 for shipping. Also, the parts are more expensive than other places and not well taken care of. The pictures they took are very outdated too, so do not trust their pictures/ listings at all. They are definitely "salvage".
Would not recommend any business with them. That's it. I am done with them. Stay way from this fishy place. There are other better auto junkyards with more reliable people and no "restocking fee". In this place, their goal is only to rip you off (unless you are really an expert and know exactly what you are looking for) with horrible used parts, hidden "restocking fees" and misleading listings. WATCH OUT!
Top notch professionals. Had a rim get bent. Saw the one I needed on eBay.Called these guys up, confirmed they had it. Came over, even swapped my tire over and balanced it for 10$ bucks. Very reasonable price compared to most yards.
Last week I bought a battery because I had a bad cell in the battery. I received poor customer from Dent that he knew he gave me the incorrect battery for my 2002 honda civic.When I called the next day he knew he made a mistake. I came into the office today to receive half off the battery because I had to pay extra because my positive and negative post are on the opposite side , so of course the mechanic had to make the post reach the battery. (The sales rep)Dent gave me half off as we discussed but threw the money in my hands because he was upset. Totally, unacceptable!! My boyfriend had referred me to this place a week before I bought a transmission but I had a different representative helping me. Don’t be upset at the customer because you made a mistake you should have called Immediately said I’m sorry let’s make it right!
Bought an engine from them was told it ran. put it in and had a dropped valve seat. I returned it for another engine got it in same problem. So I tried for a third one and wouldn't you know another dropped valve seat now. I'm in the middle of dropping way more money than I ever should have rebuilding their junk engine they sold me so I don't have to go through the work of pulling it and putting a junk one in again. I wouldn't ever recommend them again nor will I ever use them again. To top it all of the guy had the odesty to tell me he was "losing his ass" shipping me parts that were missing off the engine. Very deceiving place looks nice looks professional but they sell junk they def got one over on me. Go elsewhere if at all possible.
I dealt with Todd over the phone, ordered an SRS module for an Acura. First he gave me the best price by far from anyone. Second, he shipped it the same day, and it was at my doorstep the next day! The module turned out to be bad (not their fault because the previous owner of the car it came from put new airbags on the car but didn't fix the module). Todd immediately suggested he send me another one, no questions asked. Second module worked great. I am very happy with the customer service I got, most salvage yards are a pain to deal with, but I am honestly impressed with this one. The communication was also very easy and Todd always got back to me in a very timely fashion, another thing that you don't see very often in this industry. I will definitely buy from them again!
I-55 has a completely new attitude toward customer service. I dealt with Todd and was able to find my part with a great price through email. Picked up my part later that day. Front end customer service was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out with Leaf Springs for my Jeep in under ten minutes.

I really cannot say much about their service because I did not receive any service. I went in there after work to buy a hood for my truck. When I walked in there were about five people behind the counter and there was no one in line. I stood there for about ten minutes and not one person said anything to me. Two of the individuals behind the counter glanced at me but then returned to their computer screen once I made eye contact with them. I got the feeling they did not care if I was helped or not so I left. It was my first time there and my last.
