This is by far the worst towing experience I’ve ever had. They don’t just charge high rates — they keep adding extra, unnecessary charges on top every single time. The behavior of the staff is rude and disrespectful, with no sense of customer care. What should be a simple tow or yard stay turns into a nightmare bill full of hidden fees. If your truck or trailer ends up in their yard, be prepared to pay an outrageous amount of money, because they will squeeze every last dollar from you. It feels more like a scam than a service. I strongly warn other drivers and companies: avoid this towing service at all costs
Worst of the worst! Starting from the attitude towards their customers and not even talking about their service! There a hundreds of towing companies out there stay away from this one
Horrible staff and customer service
Poor communication and rude. Amy should be fired for her attitude. Don’t call them for towing and don’t let the police call them . It’s bad business and horrible people .
The dispatch operator was so nice and helpful while meeting our needs. Service was there within 20 minutes! The gentleman was very polite and efficient. I highly recommend this company for towing. Overall, the experience was excellent, and the price of the tow was very reasonable.
Tow driver was professional, personable and catered to truck driver Eric over the ~7 hour tow. Spotless tow truck interior. Would use again if need arose. Thanks for the great experience!
Had a truck that wouldn’t start I called and had them go see if they could figure out why it wouldn’t start, they went and took off air line cause it was an automatic so they thought the pressure needed to be up to make sure it was in neutral. Didn’t hook the air line back up tightly very loose, he said it was the starter that was bad needed to replace the starter but they didn’t have time to do it. I asked if would short the starter across to make sure it wasn’t the solenoid well he argued with me that the solenoid wasn’t the problem but wouldn’t try shorting it across and argued that it was the internals of the starter. So I called another company to put a new starter on and they did. Then to come to find out it still wouldn’t start and come to find out it was a $20 solenoid instead of a $360 starter. And charged me $290 for doing nothing and taking a airline off and not putting it back on correctly and making a wrong diagnosis and costing me a lot more money because they would check the starter correctly. Needless to say the worst $290 I have ever spent and for nothing and was completely wrong and don’t put things back the way they find it. I would really think you guys would do better and not charge outrageous amounts.
Our White Knight at the end of the rainbow... Our 2018 Kenworth T680's DEF level sensor decided to quit on the job causing our truck to have a psychotic breakdown. In less than an hour Wes Kochel Towing & Recovery showed up to save the day. The driver was polite, professional, and quick with immaculate equipment. He was very knowledgeable of the area and of the repair shop CIT Joliet Illinois that also had amazing customer service. As far as cost, we cannot comment as our company picked up the bill, which was the best part... Lol
The Tow truck driver (John) caused some damage to my truck and spoke to the owner about the issue I had. Worse Customer service iger's ever had would not recommend this place at all. The owner is telling me that it is my fault the truck was damaged by his employee and said he doesn't think it's his problem . They sure had no problem charging me $850 for the tow and causing significant damages to my truck. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PLACE !!!!
Very rude !!!! And disrespectful to forced to be there customers !!! Business practices like this will not last 700$ tow is Ridiculous the way this guy spoke to me and my dispatcher over there is unacceptable and will not be excused!!! Do not use there business there are better services in the area!!!! I'm sure the five stars came from friends and family! BE CAREFUL of who u do business with!
