I was visiting family in town when the car I was driving broke down on a highway ramp. Mike came to help and made the whole situation way less stressful. I called a few towing companies first, and he was the cheapest option I found. He showed up fast, worked quickly, and still made sure the car was secured properly before towing it to a local shop. Moe arrived within 15 mins at the location I was at as he promised, secured to car on towing truck very carefully and delivered it to the destination on time. He was very polite and helpful. He even went above and beyond to help me out today as he arrived earlier than me at the destination and unloaded and relocated car very carefully. this tow truck driver was amazing, he risk his own safety to make sure we were safe and we got taken care of. Cannot say enough good things about this man., your tow trucks need better lighting on them to keep your driver safe!! my friends own a company called Midwest 911 in (Bolingbrook) the outfit tow trucks, ambulances and police cars with professional lighting. Give them a call. I'll put in a good word for a discount for you but your tow trucks need more lighting they're insufficient again. The driver was amazing and professional.
Outstanding Service This towing company was amazing. They came straight to my house, loaded up my car, and delivered it to the dealership with zero issues. Everything was handled quickly, professionally, and without any hassle. On top of that, their price was extremely affordable! It was almost three times cheaper than what other companies quoted me in Aurora. Highly recommended.

We got so lucky Mike drove past us on the side of the road, right when we needed him. He offered us a fair price and towed us to a shop a few minutes away. He knew enough about cars to help us pick the right shop for our issue. But the 5 star review is for how he handled my car. I have it on a lowered suspension, coil overs, and he was able to winch it on and off of his truck without scraping the bottom. He didn't damage the front bumper or my muffler. I was so thrilled, he was definitely a pro! Thank you so much, Mike. You really did save the day!
