never ever use the business! Eric is THE biggest scanner and liar. Super unprofessional and misrepresentated the businesses affiliation with the Oswego Police Department after requesting an accident tow. BEWARE!!!
Got promised they'd pickup my truck at 4. Six hours before. 430 rolls around nothing. Call em nothing. Call again gets picked up *click. Then had to go an alternate service and pay 250 dollars and wait 2 hours. Coulda paid yall that. Worst service I've ever had in my life
My son called Clifford‘s towing to his workplace at 11:30 on Saturday night to jumpstart his car. They were unable to get the car started and charged him $90 for a service. They did not complete. I understand they should get paid something but the service was not completed so I feel a discount was in order. I would not recommend Clifford‘s towing.

I needed help with my Subaru Outback which was stuck in some kind of electronic safety loop and I couldn't drive. Clifford's talked me through the problem and got me moving again. It cost them a tow now but I will always have something good to say supporting them. Thanks again!
My son's car broke down and we needed a tow. I called Clifford's based on the positive reviews. They were fast, reasonable, and even recommended an excellent repair shop. I have owned cars a long time and never needed a tow, 1st time. They were fast, easy to work with, and great all around. Highly recommend them!
I had to go through my insurance company for some fleet vehicles and they kept pushing back the pick up time. But they were only telling me they were pushing back the pick up time when I called them and asked them where the hell they were. They take digital requests and gave themselves the impression that I didn't really have 3 of the same vehicle to pick up, but 1 vehicle that was requested 3 times by means of a "glitch" in their systems. Supposed to pick up at 530. waited until 615. Called again and they said 45 minutes for ONE truck. About lost it telling them they were STILL wrong. Told me they have new and younger staff and its hard to stick to pick up times. REALLY??? Flaccid excuse but sure...had re contact my fleet company and resubmit a request. Was told @ 530 the next morning they would be out approximately 90 from then. I'm in the lot waiting from 645 to 745. NO SHOW. NO CALL. NO TEXTS. My fleet company calls me, I tell them what's up, they call Clifford's...AND CLIFFORD'S DOESN'T ANSWER. Fleet company calls me and tells me they ain't answering. The vehicles in question, dead batteries, and they need to get 3 miles down the road. Where you at Clifford??? Answer your phone Clifford!
Quick response when I needed the service. It was very late at night but he arrived timely and got my tires changed right away.

Got my motorcycles towed by this company and on the way to drop off the bike tipped over and fell. Broke the turn signal lights, foot peg and scratched the engine. After all that they only took $75 off the bill. Didn’t say anything about covering the damages or replacing the parts

If I could give 0 I would. Used through our insurance we called around 12 to have a tow scheduled for after we got out of work they told us they would be there anywhere from 2:20-3:20 the driver never showed up and they will not answer their phone.
I scheduled a tow through my insurance company and when my vehicle was dropped off, it was left in front of the house and not in the driveway as I requested. Had to schedule a second tow to correct the mistake. When my husband called to express his concerns, the manager on the phone was very rude and combative and unapologetic. I called the company and spoke to someone named Eric who was very nice and gave me the eta on the tow driver coming out. He was very apologetic about the incident the day before and the interaction my husband had earlier The driver that came on the second day name was Steve. He was an older gentleman who was very nice and polite. He apologized for the mishap. Thanks Eric and Steve for turning a bad situation around...you guys are appreciated!!
My bmw gave out on me use my insurance for roadside assistance.i was connected with Clifford’s towing company and driver gave a good eta he was professional, courteous and friendly. I hope I never have to but will definitely use them again if I have to
Got to my location extremely fast! My battery died on one of the coldest days of the year. Zack was super nice and friendly and got my car started right away. Hopefully, I don’t have any further car issues. But if I do, I will definitely call them again and refer them to everyone I know!
These guys are "preferred" through Mercedes. Wasted 2 hours of my time waiting and kept lying to me about where their driver was so that I can stayed waiting. After two hours of waiting, they cancelled my tow without my permission forcing me to wait for another towing company. An image of our text will show you their professionalism.
this is the worst tow truck company in the area. They refused to allow me to get my basic necessities out of my vehicle, i had my 10 month old daughters belongings in there. After they asked me to get a claim number, and I got that for them, they still refused. Employees (javier) lack policy information. told me that i could get my things after he brought car to the lot. once car got to the lot erick told me no that I needed a claim number . i got that for them Then Eric started questioning me whether i had full coverage or liability . And eric The manager is very rude and disrespectful towards his customers on the phone. he actually hung up in my face (which i have recorded) Don’t ever go here. update - they made me sign the title over juss to get my belongings . no sympathy for someone who just totaled there car! also had a laselle sherriff meet me there which was unnecessary.

For having to need a tow & after midnight an unpleasant situation, it turned into a pleasant experience. From the initial contact. To Isaac arriving SOONER -than the estimated timeframe. He was nice, friendly AND explained everything. Highly recommended this company should you ever find yourself in need of any number of their services.
Are car was really messed up the front wheels were stuck to the left wouldn’t move nor would the steering wheel move it was all locked up and La Twon was able to get are pickup truck on the tow truck and take it to where it needed to go. Also while he was doing his job he was very Informative on what he was doing and a very nice and respectful and a friendly person I highly recommend this company for u towing needs ect. Also spoke with one of the owners and he is also a nice friendly respectful person. Great company and will be using them in the future

I’ve got to say that you guys are the best. Got our car towing service scheduled within minutes and the truck arrived for pickup within 10 minutes. My guy Zach was the man. He’s great with his job and was gentle with the car. Although we gave him a lot of trouble, he was cool with it. We will use the service again for sure. Props to my guy Zach and cliffords for setting this up. Thank you!
