My wife and I have done two vehicles with Sergei. One was a salvage title from Copart and the other had no title so we had to do a bonded title AND salvage. Sergei knows more about this stuff than the people at the Secretary of State. Follow his instructions to the letter, and you won't have any problems. We were hesitant about ever buying another salvage vehicle because of all the red tape in Illinois. Sergei has alleviated those concerns.
