Great guy; fast, prompt, efficient, honest. A/C inside tow truck was a plus after I spent 5 hours waiting for AAA and StateFarm Roadside Assistance. I am cancelling both and saving Dan's number. I like to support local businesses, as well.

My motorcyle has been having mechanical issues, and I have called Dan's twice now to get it towed from busy highways where it has died. Dan has always arrived as soon as he can and brings a towing device for a motorcycle on his flatbed truck. He has been as punctual has he can be on short notice and has gone out if his way to assist with the motorcycle, even though he doesn't normally tow them. Thank you!
IF I COULD, I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS!! COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL, & JUST FLAT OUT RUDE!! WHO EVER ANSWERS THEIR COMPANY PHONE NEEDS TO STOP IF THEY WANT TO STAY IN BUSINESS! I CALLED TO GET A TOW ESTIMATE & HE INTERRUPTED ME BY SAYING "IT WON'T BE TODAY", I SAID THAT'S NOT A PROBLEM, I JUST NEED IT DONE THIS WEEK... HE THEN INTERRUPTED AGAIN SAYING "I CAN'T LEAVE THE AREA FOR 30 DAYS"... IF HE WOULD HAVE STOPPED INTERRUPTING ME, HE WOULD HAVE FOUND OUT THAT I ONLY HAD TO GO A SHORT DISTANCE. TOO BAD. SOUNDED LIKE I WAS PESTERING HIM WHILE ALL I WAS DOING WAS TRYING TO GIVE HIS COMPANY BUSINESS....
Needed someone to tow my van from my driveway to a repair shop a few blocks over. I called Dan's towing and they showed up an hour later. Whoever the driver was tried twice to back into my driveway. There was a semi truck on the side and this guy was obviously a new driver because he couldn't get the truck to fit. Before I could offer to move the semi he gave up trying to back in, told me "we'll send another truck" and drove away. I tried to talk to him and tell him I had the keys for the truck but he didn't want to listen. I called Superior Towing and one of their drivers showed up and backed right in without any issues. Superior obviously has more experienced drivers.
