By far they saved me and my family when we needed a emergency tow truck company. We could not find a towing company open 24 hours, until we found Apple Towing. The person on the phone was so kind and understanding to my situation. We were stranded on the highway and needed to be towed back to our mechanic in Lockport. So the driver Tyler was there in 20 minutes which was less than the time we were actually told. He was able to get my car on the truck and safely got me and my family off the highway. I cannot thank them enough and highly recommend this company. Thank you so much and wish I could give them more than 5 stars.
I worked with Tracy the tow truck driver who is amazing\ superhero capacity. He helped me tow and remove my van, trailer and sports car out of a ditch and was so kind to be patient and work with me Hands-On to accomplish this. I could have never asked for a better angel in one day highly recommend!
