Excellent customer service and the driver was super cool even let me drive with him usually some towing places tell you .you have to get your own ride but he didn’t
They arrived exactly when they said they would. Jay, the guy who helped me, was extremely patient and communicative. They called twice to apprise me if their progress which was extremely helpful as I was trying to stay warm in a neighboring building.
The service itself was top notch ... When my car drained the jumper pack, Jay pivoted and got me hooked up to the truck itself. He had good advice and I would definitely reach out to them again if needed!!

One hour response time on a high traffic Saturday in Chicago and about 30 minutes to complete the necessary roadside repair. The tech was a good guy and deserves props for helping to keep the world go 'round.
Nothing worse than being stranded on the side of a snowy road, with a flat and no spare. “Big Chris” made having a flat as pleasant an experience as it could be. Professional, competent and willing to go above and beyond to help. I was back home inside of 90 mins after the initial call to roadside assistance, including the tow to the dealership. he has great customer service. The only thing I would say is dispatch needs to be in better communication with people waiting on a side of the road we wind out waiting almost 3 1/2 hours which was told that it would be 45 minutes to an hour and then wind up in 3 1/2 hours with no communication we had to continue to call dispatch. But the driver was excellent customer service.
Quick to respond to me needing my semi towed. Driver had good communication with me and he did an excellent job. It was a short tow little expensive not gouging but a little. Overall I woucall them again.
My driver went above & beyond to ensure that my Tesla got to the charging station & charged up. It -10 degrees outside and he didn't complain not once.

Had a tire go flat on my car I called them and they were right out there to St Charles Illinois to pick me up Great driver he was real nice He's very friendly I actually tipped them $20 because he's such a good person he was willing to stop and let me get my groceries and set her before we took the car back to the house and I really appreciate thank you Tony for all your good work
Nice man named Cooper helped me out with paperwork and getting things out of my totaled Lexus…he was kind and professional when I thought I might have a negative experience with a towing company., he made it very easy and pleasant
My driver was very polite, professional and friendly. He represents your company’ well. I hit a pothole on I-55 and had two flats. Tesla recommended them and I’m glad they did.
My call was answered promptly and politely. The wait wasn’t too long for a tow truck to come. The driver was very courteous and told me to sit in my warm car instead of standing in the drizzling rain. My flat tie was changed, and I was on my way.
I got a flat tire on the expressway about 60 miles away from home. The truck showed up within half an hour of when I called and got me home safely. The driver was professional and courteous. I’m so grateful they were able to take care of me. Overall, it was a very good experience besides the fact that I got stranded with a flat tire and it took me twice as long to get home. I highly recommend O’Hare Towing!
Our tech was extremely helpful. After he was done he asked us to fill the tank to make sure it was working correctly. Thank goodness for that since the vent hose was also cut
I was involved in a hit and run 10/21 that left my vehicle nearly totaled. The police called this towing outfit to assist.
Aside from getting entirely screwed over on the rate, Brian was very rude to not only me directly, but to the tow driver. Brian gave me attitude and was not very helpful. While riding along with the driver to get my vehicle where it needed to be, Brian was heard on the radio making comments such as “do NOT unhook the vehicle until you receive payment” and other comments insinuating that I, the customer, had some ill will or intention to rob the company of their services. He was cursing to the driver and giving him attitude.
The driver, name Jose, was extremely kind and professional in this situation. He was sympathetic to my circumstances and made me feel safe and comfortable, and alleviated the tension and stress that Brian had added to my already horrific evening. This review would be 1 star if Jose didn’t lessen the blow.
One of the best towing experiences I’ve ever had in my life, especially for a Tesla. The driver was very competent and in control. It was smooth and easy.
I had a broken bushing and my axle came apart from the frame.on my 48 ft flatbed.This towing company came out chained up my axle and got me back rolling with enough time to drop my load and get home. Thank you for your service.
The mechanic that came out? Very good at his job. I was really impressed at how hard he worked to get me going again. Id recommend O'Hare to anyone needing repairs. He came to get me going again and he didnt stop until i was. Very impressed! The man earned my respect!
Steve embodies what my wife and I expect in a person fully engaged in customer service, served with a side of an abundance of knowledge. He remained with us servicing our needs far beyond his end of shift allocation. We would choose him every time. Thanks for reminding us how it’s done.

These guys are the best. If I could give them more stars I would. I was left stranded by another tow company that had me waiting 4+hours only to he told they don't know how to tow a car with a broken ball joint. O’hare sent out a pro. He got it on the truck with ease and made it look easy. They were out in less than 30minutes when I was quoted from other places minimum 4 hour wait at 4am. The prices are VERY reasonable to have a guarantee of professionalism. I hope I never need to call a tow again but these guys will be my first call.
Very impressed on how fast they were able to come out on a Sunday afternoon to get my motorcycle towed back to my house. The driver was friendly, efficient and took great care with the vehicle, making sure it was strapped down properly and arrived safe at my house.
