I was involved in a hit and run 10/21 that left my vehicle nearly totaled. The police called this towing outfit to assist.
Aside from getting entirely screwed over on the rate, Brian was very rude to not only me directly, but to the tow driver. Brian gave me attitude and was not very helpful.
While riding along with the driver to get my vehicle where it needed to be, Brian was heard on the radio making comments such as “do NOT unhook the vehicle until you receive payment” and other comments insinuating that I, the customer, had some ill will or intention to rob the company of their services. He was cursing to the driver and giving him attitude.
The driver, name Jose, was extremely kind and professional in this situation. He was sympathetic to my circumstances and made me feel safe and comfortable, and alleviated the tension and stress that Brian had added to my already horrific evening. This review would be 1 star if Jose didn’t lessen the blow.
SCAMMERS!!!! they said one price then charge you another when you hook you up. Said $700 only truck 1200$ with trailer. They were unable to tow both so they just take the truck and they charge me $1200 and asked why this price now if you told me truck 700$ so answer was taking more time. So I asked what exactly more time because you came at 9pm and deliver truck 12am but they charged me 4.5h I just don’t understand depend of what. However , they just want to rob you because they know you are not in position to act anymore since they already tow the truck. SCAMMERS!!!!
The last thing you want on a Friday night out is car trouble on the highway. But I can’t express enough what a relief it is to have a very friendly person quickly pull up to get your car and you out to safety. The tow driver didn’t need to be friendly and kind while he did it, but he was. And that made a bad night better. You’ll only call a tow company when something bad happens. So call someone who will settle your nerves.
One of the best towing experiences I’ve ever had in my life, especially for a Tesla. The driver was very competent and in control. It was smooth and easy.
I had a broken bushing and my axle came apart from the frame.on my 48 ft flatbed.This towing company came out chained up my axle and got me back rolling with enough time to drop my load and get home. Thank you for your service.
The mechanic that came out? Very good at his job. I was really impressed at how hard he worked to get me going again. Id recommend O'Hare to anyone needing repairs. He came to get me going again and he didnt stop until i was. Very impressed! The man earned my respect!
The customer service people I talk to on the phone to initiate the my tow were very professional and courtesy and understanding of my situation and dire need and the tow truck driver was very friendly and all around great person I really enjoyed my 40 minute ride with him and his knowledge of able to tow my extended van and park it

When the tow truck driver arrived to work on a trailer, I was hauling. He did a great job five stars for the tow truck driver. The thing I have the huge beef about is I received a text saying that a tow truck driver would be there within 89 minutes. Well at around the 200 minute mark he arrived. This is not the tow truck driver’s fault. This is his dispatcher’s fault so that is where I have my concerns.
Great service and timely! Called and advised dispatch of my location and where I wanted the vehicle towed. They gave me an approximate time and the tow truck driver was right on time. Very friendly and helpful service.
So grateful for them to come and help us with our RV. Great communication and driver was able to fix our problem instead of towing us. Saved us money and time. Highly recommend them!!
Once I got a driver to me after a couple hours then the second driver was awesome.
The first driver seem like he didn't want to do his job unfortunately .

Came to my rescue when my Tesla auto-piloted right into a crater of a pothole. Tesla roadside assistance and O'Hare towing provided excellent, compassionate, prompt service. I waited less than 60 minutes for service and Justin even apologized for it taking that long. I am so grateful for the courteous and professional service provided by O'Hare. I hope to not be a repeat customer. LOL.
This place is great. My wife was in an accident the night before and when I asked to release the vehicle to insurance the first thing they asked is if my wife was ok. They were very helpful with filling out the forms and what the next insurance steps are. Highly recommended!
They were quick respectful and to be honest the most efficient towing company I’ve ever used. They didn’t give me a headache. They followed my directions to the T and they were extremely patient with me. If I can give them 10 stars I would.

These guys are the best. If I could give them more stars I would. I was left stranded by another tow company that had me waiting 4+hours only to he told they don't know how to tow a car with a broken ball joint. O’hare sent out a pro. He got it on the truck with ease and made it look easy. They were out in less than 30minutes when I was quoted from other places minimum 4 hour wait at 4am. The prices are VERY reasonable to have a guarantee of professionalism. I hope I never need to call a tow again but these guys will be my first call.
Very impressed on how fast they were able to come out on a Sunday afternoon to get my motorcycle towed back to my house. The driver was friendly, efficient and took great care with the vehicle, making sure it was strapped down properly and arrived safe at my house.
Josh gets an easy 5 stars today! He is an amazing worker. He is knowledgeable, efficiente and very respectful with his customers. He did a great job towing my bus! Josh is also careful. He over looks his work to make sure everything is where it needs to be. Thank you very much for delivering my bus with the up most care!
