I emailed and texted this place about more info and pictures on a fender before I drove out there. No response so I bought the fender because the pictures showed no major damages. I showed up and they tried to give me a fender with rust, scuffs all over the fender, and deep scratches for 200 dollars. The people at the office were great and let me return it, but was impossible to get ahold of them through email, text or calling. Wasted 2 hours of driving

I am writing this comment to warn online and Facebook shopper about a scam that has occurred. I was deceived into believing I could trust the seller, but unfortunately, I lost 500 dollars. The situation has become too serious, and I'm working with FTC to report this scam. Please be cautious and verify the authenticity of any online shops before making any transactions. If you have been affected by this scam, please also report it to the FTC. Let's work together to prevent such fraudulent activities from happening again.
Buyer Beware!!
First issue came about when the delivery driver broke the front differential by carrying it in by the 4wd actuator. When I tried to resolve the issue and have a new one shipped out the whole transaction took a dive. The sales person who answered couldn’t help because he didn’t sell it to me. Waited three hours for Manny to return my call, nothing. Called back again. Manny was never given my message. He found a replacement and was ready to process when I asked about payment. He informed me I am on a no check list. Transferred to accounting where she informed me I had several NSF transactions. Say what?! I say when and what were the amounts? She couldn’t provide that information. After some heated back and forth it was determined she was wrong! Definitely not calling this place again! And they can keep the junk part!

Take advantage of people telling them they have the part when you get there they don’t have the part. Also they want more than the part is actually worth if you went to the dealer brand new or if you were purchasing on car part or car parts.com keep this in mind when you call them because they never give you a deal ever, as much as money as I spent there recommend keep shopping around
I did my transaction through eBay with this part supplier. They were very responsive even on a holiday weekend. My part a 2016 Nissan Altima driver seat was in exceptional condition and extremely well priced. I would do business with this company again.

Walked into the Joliet, IL location some months ago and a lady who sat directly in front of the main entrance door was rude to me but said I was rude to her. She should learn how to look up parts and her job properly before telling customers that they're rude. So much for overpriced used parts!
Came in and was immediately greeted by Luis. He had great customer service! I was looking for a donut tire with original jack for a 17’ Impala Premier; he told me to come back in an hour to pick it up, and surely enough everything was original. The price was decent! Definitely come check out their shop! They have plenty of vehicles out in their yard; so there’s many opportunities to get what you’re looking for. Definitely recommend this shop to others.

Excellent service over the phone, Sue was very quick and made this an easy process and explained things very well. With so many shops refusing returns if you order a part and it turns out not what you needed, it is a giant relief they will take it back and refund you with no hassle if you ordered the wrong part. HIGHLY recommend buying what you need from this company.
Very helpful and friendly staff. Like most junk yards, their website and actual inventory out in the yard don’t quite match up. However, they were very accommodating in allowing me to go check if they had the part I needed. They did and it was ready to be picked up when promised. Prices are competitive too. Side note, I was shocked to see that this place is right next door to the old Joliet prison which apparently is some kind of tourist attraction. Go figure!

Price was good compared to many other yards. Part was ready and waiting after a 3 hour ride to get there. It Was busy in the office so the payment process was more than I cared for, but the lady behind the desk was polite, and professional.

So I called "this is jan" or whatever her name was. I asked a simple question about battery prices, she said no we don't sell them. I was very confused because I just bought a battery a few months ago. Well I call back again asking again and she's even more rude and I ask when they stopped a year ago. When we switched companies. I'm like what is it now she's like Speedway. I'm realizing oh that makes sense... But this could of all been avoided if she just said THE COMPANY'S name right when she answered like a normal worker. That and being very rude. I didn't appreciate her bad service. The company's new phone number is from Ashley's u pick a part.
These people do what they say they're going to do. They deliver when they say they're going to. The contact you ahead of time with any defects in their parts. I am very impressed. 37 years in business this is the first time I've used them. I will definitely do business with them again. And nice people, courteous and helpful.

Website was confusing and web response time was unsatisfactory. Went to their location in person and was greeted by friendly staff, who were very helpful and informative. Was in and out with the correct part/color match hood on order in 20 mins after all my questions were answered. Will definitely choose to do my buisness with them in person and continue to use this company.
Quick, reliable, had the part ready within next day. Have to pay ahead of time for part though pick up right next to the old joliet prison. Reasonable pricing too and 3 month warranty
Not a company we will ever be doing business with again! We spent over 2 months trying to get our parts, phone calls and voicemails were not returned. When we did speak with the supervisor we were told parts were on the way multiple times, however they could not provide a tracking number. When we did get our “complete order” it was missing half of the parts. We had to fight for over a month to even get any answers. Eventually, we were told we would be getting a credit for the missing parts (that we were told had shipped) and excessive delay. A week went by and no credit was issued. We called back and the credit promised dropped $45 dollars. We had to go elsewhere to get the parts we were told had shipped, without getting a full credit. The lies told, excuses made, and poor customer service can only be excused so many times. Buyers beware!
The staff was highly courteous and helpful. The part was ready promptly. Very reasonable price on a high quality part. I will gladly do business with them in the future and recommend them to all of my friends and associates. Zach's a great guy!
