If I could give zero stars, I would have! Terrible company. Friend called for a tow, was told a reasonable price, then, after hooking the vehicle was told 1,700! DO NOT, i repeat, DO NOT, use this company.
Called for winch-out, was told $550 port-to-port, they were on site in 30 minutes, done withing 30 more minutes. Finally, got the invoice for $2k including 3 hours x $550, $260 fuel surcharge, etc. After arguing that this is beyond ridiculous, got a "discount", and paid $1500. I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from them, don't even try calling them, because they will say: "we will take a good care of you".
I called them, and ended up paying to PRIORITY WRECKER SERVICE OF TENNESSEE, INC. These people are scam.
I told them to take my car to my place and they tried to come up with some bullshit. On top of that , after I went to get it the next day I find out that some stuff were missing from my car. Make sure you guys check your car after you get your car out of there.

AVOID THESE RIPOFFS. I called to get my car pulled out of the snow, my name, location, and my credit card was taken down (Foolish of me in hindsight). I called back NO MORE THAN 2 MINUTES, to cancel the tow. Not only was I charged a cancelation fee for "a time slot already set aside for me", the fee is the full pricefor a tow($195). Terribly shady business practices here. Don't give these shady lowlives your buisness.
Terrible told me the wrong price over the phone addeded a bunch of extra fees and the manager threatened me with impounding my car when I was trying to discuss the fact that no one said anything about added fees Terrible customer service
Never call this Company they would rip you off. For 15 miles they charge me $2160. This people they have so many website and phone number Be careful when you see Tonnys name in the trucking.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY WILL SCAM YOU! im an owner operator and needed a tow to the shop 5 miles down the road they quoted me $190 an hour was there price and i confirmed with them multiple times, made it to the repair shop and they then told me the price was $683 and id have to pay through zelle because theyre “credit card machine wasnt working” driver was rude, dispatcher was extremely rude and Aggressive. had no choice but to pay to get my truck back to get to my load. told them zelle wasnt an option and all of a sudden theyre machine started working again. the driver then took a picture of my credit card front and back to which i called the police. this company runs under many names in the joliet area beware if you see Priority Wrecker Services on the side of the truck DO NOT LET THEM HOOK TO YOU.
This company do not even deserve a single star. They are cheats and scammers. I called them to tow my car and ask the driver how much they charge, he didn't say anything and I asked him again he said they charge by mileage. So when he came to tow my car to the shop which was 1.5 miles from the apartment to the shop, he told to sign and I asked him how much he was charging me and he said $195. There and then I realized he had planned to cheat me that's why he never mentioned any figure. I refused to pay him the $195 and later called the cops.
Their business practice and services are very appalling and dishonest. They do not operate a legitimate business and do not deserve customers money.

That's incredible. Towed bobtail in 2.4 miles and been charged 683$ . And it's crazy they damaged my mirror when dropping truck. When I called before getting tow, they said it's 195 per hour and 44$. So they spend 15 minutes and charged 683$. When I called them, the agent said it's your price, you can do whatever you want. When I try to talk with drivers they show F-K and just run away.
Do not use these people. This is priority wrecker, once they have your truck in the air they won't honor any promise or estimate they gave. Use them and you WILL end up in small claims court.

STAY AWAY! They are a bunch of scammers. Called for a tow and they gave me a price for the tow. When the car was dropped off to where it needed to go the tow truck driver told me I owed a different price. I called the dispatcher back right away and was told they would never give me an exact price over the phone and that I signed a paper stating there were other charges. Beyond livid I payed the charge but the next day me and 2 other people called and asked for prices just to see what'd they say. Well guess what all 3 of us were quoted an exact price and when asked about any additional fees was told NO that's the price. After this I tried contacting a manager or someone in charge, never hear back from anyone. They are scammers stay far far away from these people!!!
Don’t ever use this company I called early morning because I had a flat tire and needed it towed to a tire shop I called at 11am and scheduled an appointment for 3:30 and the time came and went called again asking what’s taking so long they explained a police flagged them down to tow another car, I understand that tow truck have to pull over for a police officer but they could’ve called and told me instead of me waiting longer so they told me 20mins okay time came and went called again and now they said 30mins I scheduled an appt at the tire shop to get my tire changed they made me late to my appointment and they never came I called a different tow company and they came and got me in 10mins I called again trying to cancel them and the guy told me I couldn’t cancel it and hung up on me and on top of that they charged my card don’t ever use this tow company I literally wasted my time and missed my appointment for my tire to be fixed and the price they gave me was to expensive and they charge per mile their finessing everyone out of their money if I was you DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS TOW COMPANY
I attempted to get a long distance tow from this company. They left me stranded for 6 hours, promising to be there soon. Never called, never showed. Called another Company, they were there in 30 mins, and now at 3:48 AM I am finally home after first requesting a 2.25 hour tow at 6:30 PM, no thanks to Johnny.

Repair shop horrible. Only talk to dispatch Day 1: I call they say: diagnosis we will call you (no call) day 2: I call dispatch says diagnosis. Shop will call. (No call back) Day 3 I call. Dispatch says they are working on it. Shop will call. (No call) Day 4: I call. Dispatch says: needs a harness part will be here Monday. 1st thing Monday: your truck is ready doesn’t need harness. $1600. We tried paying the bill: they want Zelle or plus 5% for card. Zelle only allows $500 for fist time payees. I Uber to pay with debit “our debit is down you have to go get cash at your bank or Zelle”. I’m 1500 miles from home. Face palm.
This is the worst service I had ever use. Scam companey, don't waste your time anybody, to work with. They tell you the price let work one hour and then charging you for three or more. wich is not actual working hours. they let me wait three hours at my yard before them driver show up and then charge me for that amount of time. wich is ridiculous. The worst service I have ever seen with a towing company. Charged 2 hours worth of work for 10 minutes and broke our trailer. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS
Absolute worst paid help that must exist in the area. In a situation where one needs assistance calling a professional is a sound idea, so take my advise and call any other service and try your luck elsewhere. Much better off with any other provider. 2 hour wait. 125$ cancelation fee.210$ for a 1.5 mile tow.
I called and asked their rates to pull my truck out of a pot hole. They told me that it would be a couple hundred. After they got my truck out of the hole they sent me a bill for $1925.00. What a joke. These people love to rip you off.
Fixed the heater in their shop back in 2018. Been chasing them to pay for over a year. Talked to Wendy who lied over and over. Then finally got a check that bounced. Add some NSF fees to the pile. Not a good company. Still have not been paid.
Terrible. Called ask about push off ice charge 150$ Poor customer service. Person who aswered the phone was very snide and condescending stating he would send me a bill for 40$ for answering the call.
Even though they are cancelled they still charge you to make you use their services. Then even though you've been charged once they tell you it's just an "authorization" and charge you a second time. Advise you only when you call to complain for being charged twice that the first one will take 7-10 days to be refunded and coincidentally their are no managers for 3 days to dispute anything with!! Horrible business practice and seeing I am not the only one let's me know how shady and unprofessional this company truly is. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
Do not i mean do NOT use this service my drivers truck broke down in Rochell IL they me told i had to pay first before they got there to take it to Lockport IL they charged to my Visa $1500 they told me they were gonna be there in two hours but they never got there and left my driver stranded for about 7 hrs without heat until i came to get him and call another towing company by that time my driver almost froze to death now they wont refund my visa so i have to dispute this thru my Visa company to get my money back I would give them 0 stars if i could.
Avoid , they tell you times they dont uphold , when you call they promise another 30 minutes and what they mean is a few more hours , you'll get a suprise when you get the bill cause they dont charge their location to yours they charge you from where the truck is so if you call and the truck is 50 miles from you you're paying for those miles for them to come get you plus mileage from where you are to a shop. Thought I'd add this again since my last post was deleted
When I say do not use this place I mean it. I called this place to come pick up my elderly father , he was charged double what I was quoted over the phone and they donot use location dispatch they will charge you 60 dollars just to come get you then 65 to hook up but wont tell you that up front , they left my elderly father sitting in the cold and I had to call twice . Talked to manager and he was extremely rude. The bad reviews speak for themselves . If you use this place expect a suprise at the end .

I got a flat tire at the Shell station at Rt 59 and Caton Farm. Called Jonny's Towing for assistance. A rep called me within 5 minutes to say he need to drop off a car in the area and he would be there soon. First impression, great customer service! Jonny's arrived...begins to take the tire off...then asks me to get the lug nut lock....ok guess i can do that to be nice. Completes the transfer of tires, gets my credit card and DL...goes to his nice warm truck. A friend with her car wad with me and I was in her nice warm car waiting. He beeps his horn and calls me over to his window...for small talk for about 10 minutes. It was chilly outside. Gives me a bill forb $195.00...to change a tire!!!! Customer service was less than what I expected. I do NOT recommend Jonny's.
What a scam this place is! Spoke to a girl on the phone, gave me a rate for a truck tow. In the end the driver tries charging me a higher rate than what the girl said. Skip the phone call to this place and take your hard earned dollars elsewhere!
