10 out of 10 would recommend!!! Didn't catch the driver's name but he was a really cool guy. He came out twice. Once to see about helping with a hose, and when that couldn't get fixed he had to come back and tow us. But it was the quickest towing service I ever had. Lol he got there in like 20 min after calling.
Got stranded with my car called them. They were very professional. They came right away and two my car to the mechanic with no problem. Definitely recommend them. Thank you mighty Towing.

0 stars horrible customer service, I asked who I’m speaking with to get my receipt they say they were going to email me and he yells Mighty towing 3 times, again I asked who am I speaking with and he hangs up in my face, not to mention poor communication skills. I ask if the shop will be open Saturday he says someone will be there at 9 only to get there at 11 and they say we are closed. I called to ask about it and he says we are not here all day, couldn’t you have said that over the phone? I would’ve been there at 7. Incompetence. 0 Stars my time is money
I know you take feedback serious and that’s what I’m doing feedback on how unprofessional you are whoever I’m talking too, clearly you lack communication skills and professionalism. I had no reason to be aggressive, I said hello who am I speaking too so I know who told me what if I had to call back and someone else answered the phone. That’s what everyone does, yes I spoke to whoever you are???? Is he available???? My feedback still stands I just wish they had a negative 0 stars and you will receive just that. They are cheaters and charging customers with misinformation. In order to cheat a customer initially they will tell fair price but then will charge extra amount with nonsense explanation. Towing a truck from 8 miles distance , they told us $175 and it was done under an hour and they charge us $775. They are earning through cheating , and robbing and this money will have consequences, either it will impact their health or well being or God will test them through different mean. Don't do business with this company , I will also dispute this transaction and also will take them to the court for cheating people with misinformation
Allstate assigned me Mighty’s Towing & Recovery via Mazda roadside assistance. I personally did not have to handle any charges with the towing company. I can only speak on their performance on successfully loading the car and transporting it to its destination. Louis did an amazing job by being careful with my vehicle. He was very fast and efficient when he arrived to haul my car. Throughout the process he would update me with his eta so I wouldn’t have to wait in the parking lot. Sadly it was my first time getting my car towed but it was a very smooth process.
Ran out of fuel,called for road service. Said they will be there 20-30 mins just needed a credit card for the diesal which i thought was reasonable since I was within 2 miles of their shop n fuel stations. Called after an hour they said couldn't give me a time of when they were coming. After the 2nd hour I called they said they would b there in 20-30 mins finally arrived after 3 hours. After only putting in 11 gallons of fuel they hit me w a 548 dollar bill. I called n they said they charge 195 dollars an hour which was never quoted to me,only that they would be there in20-30 mins n need a creditcard.
If I would of know the hourly up front n how long they were going to take i could of made other arrangements. Don't my paying for a reliable good service if they are honest upfront about the pricing n how long it will take. Last thing the driver wasn't very professional when he called to get my location. Again don't mind paying as long as I get treated fairly which I don't feel like I was
For as busy as winter is, these guys got to me as soon as possible and got me back on the road again. Of all the truck services in the area these guys are the most professional and knowledgeable. I recommend them to anyone, whether you drive a truck or a 4 wheeler

Dealing with this towing company was a terrible experience. They initially provided a price that seemed fair, but once the truck was delivered, they demanded a much higher amount without any valid explanation. To make matters worse, they refused to release the truck until the inflated bill was paid.
Their business practices are dishonest and predatory, leaving customers feeling cheated and helpless. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this company at all costs. They clearly prioritize profits over integrity or customer service.

. I needed to get my semi tractor towed and fixed asap . Robert and Mike were outstanding with there customer service and their team of mechanics and drivers. Highly recommend this company and not sure why people have reviews complaining when I am a first time customer of theirs and I did not see any carelessness Or abuse of getting ripped off or anything negative about these guys . They are definitely dependable and will count on these guys again If I ever have a another emergency . They know what they are doing 100% And definitely will be doing business with them again in the future. Thanks again Mighty’s towing and recovery crew . You guys are awesome . 100% Recommended . Very professional And very satisfied with the timing it took for my truck to get fixed !

My driver arrived at the shop 11am they called us at 11:50am with explanation that the reefer unit has electrical issue and needs more time for repair, we said we are gonna fix the reefer at our shop and we asked for invoice for diagnostic
Invoice was $402,50 my driver was there less then a hour
It was a robbery
Had a overheating issue with my straight truck so I unfortunately stopped at this place to get it diagnosed and maybe fixed. After 15 minutes of listening to it run and adding a pint of coolant they stuck me with a $262 bill. Later found out that they misdiagnosed the problem. It was a bad thermostat and bad fan clutch not a bad injector like they told me. 100% waste of time stopping at this place for this service.
I had in unexpected problem can called Mightys. They responded immediately. Even tho I did not require to be towed, they were very understanding and appreciated our trust in them. Keep it up Mightys!
These guys are pure scammers, please check comments, reviews and everything before doing business with them. Ordered a roadside for a forced regen on one of our units. Approximate price was $300-500 and we've been told that we can cover the payment after with a CC over the phone. TURNED OUT that they magically after the road-call can't take cards over the phone which brought to overpricing the invoice, NOT FIXING the unit, and on top of that towing the truck and the trailer to impound yard and charged $4750 for one night!!! To people who will see this: Think twice before using this shop/towing/service!
Louis was great! Efficient and made the 45 min drive not seem so long. Handled my car with care and would request him again if I ever have issues in that area he services.
Very reliable tow company. They arrive in a very timely manner. About 20 minutes after the phone call was made. The driver Louis was very friendly & kind. I was Thankful for them being available
Awesome experience. Truck died on the way to work (happy Monday) called several tow companies in the area, no one was available. Mighty's was there and loaded my vehicle within 45 minutes on me calling. Louis was professional and very meticulous doing his job which I appreciate. They even gave me a ride to my destination and he was able to lighten the mood even with my bad situation. Great to work with! Would 100 percent recommend to anyone.
Had a bad breakdown in a very bad spot by Bnsf rail-yard , the guys showed up in 30 min after my call and did a fantastic job hooking my truck ( not a easy thing to do - car carrier on bags , so very low )
Nino had to back up like a mile with my tractor trailer hooked on since no way to turn around. Thanks to Nino and Jeff my day went from horrible to somewhat okay. The price was a bit heavy but fair, still a 5 star from me !
