Kathy's went above and beyond to help me when my car's sunroof wouldn't shut! They provide prompt service and had great customer service. Definitely will be coming back!

Can't really help, I called for a repair after being given the number from Thomas's and it just rang and rang. I even called Thomas's to make sure they were open and they said yes to try to call again and nothing. We found somewhere else to fix it. Yes it was during regular business hours.
I can not recommend them highly enough. I was extremely shaken up after an accident and the folks at Kathy's were wonderful to deal with. They made sure I was taken care of and I appreciate their kindness tremendously. I would not take my car anywhere but Kathy's if I needed work done in the future.
Tired of having to go out here constantly because I never get a phone call and now it’s been three months and I’m still waiting to find out where this part is for my car to be put on because they lost it and I have to keep driving out there because nobody will ever tell me anything over the phone and they didn’t even put my headlight in correctly after somebody had backed into me and then I was told my whole car would be buffed because they were going to put pinstripes back on and I said no and I’m getting really sick and tired of waiting around just for a part one of the workers threw it away and here I am waiting for them to go ask the workers what happened to it when I could just go get a new one and put it on my car and be done with it really getting tired of the lack of communication next time I’ll definitely be taking my car somewhere else where it will be painted and buffed properly with no imperfections in the paint and where they actually buff my whole bumper and not one part of it and then get all the wax all over the plastic on my car with stained it and faded it
Rick is amazing with the work that he does. Twice he has done a beautiful job to two of my vehicles. His prices are the lowest you will find anywhere. One place quoted me close to $1,000 for a job that Rick did for under $300. Even more important, he cares about his customers. He cares so much, that for the second vehicle, I drove over 45 minutes one way to have my car fixed by him, since I had moved to a new town.
