we are a company and unfortunately brad had lied to me about a pump that will work for my machine i told brad i do not have a part number and he guaranteed me that the serial number will work i received the pump and it did not work he has the pump and he did not give me the money back buyers do not buy from this company is a scam the BBB needs to know how this company lies and creates damage to other company reputation do not buy from this company
Ordered a part and it arrived fast, but unfortunately it was broken during shipping. Talked to Carl and he sent me a new part, without further charges. It arrived, safely, the same week. Great customer service!
