Very easy. Super quick. Came and picked up the car and handed us certified check for $1189! If you have a car in apparently any condition they will give you cash for it. This prius didn’t drive and still got over 1k for it!!!
Thought the process would be smooth. Whoever they use for towing didnt show up till 6:30 which ok we can deal with that. However, the scratched our driveway when they pulled out of our driveway. You would of thought someone would of called to let is know and offered to try and fix it!! Its not just a small scratch and I am not happy.

The process was fast & easy. The only issue is I was scheduled for a pick up between 8am & 12pm. I had to call to find out when pick was going to happen since I never recived call 1 hour prior to pick up. Driver called right back & picked up truck within the hour.

The process of selling my cas was easier than orderimg a pizza. You put in all your vehicle details, submit, and they give ypu an offer. If you like offer, all you have to do is agree and within minutes you will have a representative call you. My rep was Raj and he was very friendly and simply verified all my information. I was then transfered to Anita who confirmed and finalized the agreement. I was then warm tranfered to a local shop and spoke with Amy who set up a time to pick up the car. I was called 30 minutes later by the shop who said they were on the way to pick up my vehicle. When Matt arrived, he took some pictures handed me a check and i handed him the title. That wad it! That car was out of my yard and i had money in hand in under 2 hours. Truly exceptional. Highly recommend!
Easy process. Once an offer was negotiated and settled upon, the title was verified, and then a tow was scheduled. When tow arrived, he took pictures of the title, I gave him the keys, and he gave me a check for the agreed amount. No hassle. I mobile deposited the check. It was approved by my bank a few hours later, and full funds were available in my account the next day.

Absolutely terrible experience. Took 8 days before I could get them to actually pick the car up. During that time I was back and forth on the phone with what totaled out to be 6 different people. The first three were in a call center and clearly following a script. At each step it was like restarting the process. The fourth person I talked to finally scheduled a pickup, but when I showed up to meet them they weren't there.
After an hour of waiting I called (and talked to a fifth person) and found out that the person who scheduled it didn't actually put it in their system, so they'd have to meet me later in the day, but they'd give me an hour's notice. I live about half an hour away from where the pickup was happening, so I definitely needed the time. The driver called later and told me that they'd be there in 20 minutes.
All this for under $200. No way would I ever deal with this company ever again. Complete waste of time. Just glad it's finally over with.

The service was good and went as they said. Our truck wouldn't fully start but it turned on if that makes any sense and the tow truck driver was polite and didn't have a problem loading her up which is what I was worried about. I feel as if she was worth more than 380$ but it is what it is and I hope they put her to good use. Thank you again.

Shariff was good, he gave.me a fair price. Very disappointed witj coparts towing service. I scheduled the appointment, i drove 1 1/2 hours to get to the car with the title. Im waiting, i decided to call coparts to see if they had any ETA. My appointment was cancelled i wasted a lot of time. I set thw appointment back up and my daughter was going to be there. I gave coparts her number. The driver only had my number i had to forward the drivers phone number to her. I was told we would have 1/2 to 1 hour heads up hes on his way. He called in the parking lot. Also i called the pekin coparts office from the cancelled visit i asked to speak to the manager. He was in a meeting, no voicemail left my number and a message with the receptionist he never called me back.
Sold my older car to coPart salvage direct that used the Chico towing facility Aurora Illinois to pick up the car.
The tow gentleman was friendly and professional. Very careful that the vehicle was secured on the flatbed.
Overall dealing with CoPart sale Direct and towing were seamless and easy processes. I always anticipate glitches somewhere but there was as close to perfect.
Although the pick up was at the end of the day, the towing service used was an awiaintence of mi e and the operator of the truck was an old friend of mine. I was very happy with the experience. I will definitely recommend your service to everyone I meet. Thanks Vishesh.
Very friendly, prompt and helpful.. Called me immediately after receiving my information online.. Shaan Rasool explained everything to me and set my vehicle to be picked up right away. . I decided to drop the truck off instead. They had paperwork already done ,I had my check in hand, with the offer we agreed on, and was in and out in less than 10 min..Very good company, wish I wouldve known about it sooner
