The receptionist is very pleasant just extra busy in winter time. Shop may do some fantastic work but make them give you everything in writing. When I went to pick up my car there was a bunch of unapproved service added. He said someone called me about everything and I told him not once had someone contacted me. I even showed him my calling history from the past 2 weeks and showed that I had to call and ask if my car was done every 2 days and not once did anyone talk to me about what was actually being done or about the cost. They do have great labor pricing but don't get caught off guard. Make sure they have your approval in writing before they start any work.
I trust my car with no one except Midstate Collision Repair. I have had multiple cars in there and all of them have turned out looking as great as the day I bought them! They did a fantastic job detailing my cars before I would get them back, the car is washed, vacuumed and they even touched up the rock chips for me. I would definately recommend them to everyone!
