I found a 2023 f350 online for sale with 7000 miles, I called and didn’t realize the owner was the one that answered the phone, he is just a great guy to talk to, after talking to him I told him I would take the truck, and asked if he wanted a deposit, he said no you say you want it I’ll hold it, that day I sent a check next day express, I called 2 days later and asked if I needed to wait for the check to clear before picking it up, he said no, He said I’ve been at the dealership for almost 50 years ( so my guess is he has seen it all and knows when someone is trying to scam him) I own my own company and we buy trucks all the time, this is by far the best experience I have ever had in the 45 years of being able to buying vehicles. When looking for next vehicle Roland Rich Ford will be the first place I look.
I called the next day and the receptionist answered and I asked how she likes working for Roland Rich, she said he is the best boss, he is there before everybody and the last to leave.
So you scammers stay away from Roland!
My guess if Roland has children that they are very proud of their father.

I had one dealer ship tell me I needed a new transmission on my 2016 F150 6000.00 called Roland Rich he ask me if I had every had my transmission serviced I said No then he asked me to bring it in they drained the fluid and my transmission has worked fine since. Thank him so much!!
Went to look at a truck my boyfriend found online, the truck we were interested in wasn’t running BUT Roland let us walk around the area at all the trucks (amazing selection, some don’t run but they’re beautiful old trucks) we walked back to the main office and Roland gave us the keys to a beautiful f-150 and was way better condition than the truck we came to look at.
People have their opinions on this place but Roland seems to be a genuinely sweet kind hearted man, I recommend this place for sure
waited a month for a truck to be “serviced and road ready” because it was broken down and hasn’t moved for 2-3 years. when i come to test drive it all 4 tires are dry rotted, and obviously the same tires that were dug into the earth and on their rims for 2-3 years. the radiator and fan were covered in mud dirt and leaves, engine looked dirty still. the only thing i was told that was actually done on the truck was a new battery.
so then i try to bargain with the guy because i still wanted the truck but taking into account the price i want for it now is no where near the price listed. i tried to explain the value he had wasn’t accurate and if the truck was in excellent condition it’d still be over priced 3.5 grand, and the man didn’t even try to negotiate. the truck all in all was over priced by 4-5 grand but i wasn’t able to even work a deal out.
huge waste of my time waiting for what i thought would be great truck for a great price. if you’re looking at vehicles i’d recommend calling first and asking questions rather than driving their to be disappointed.
Drove 1.5 hrs to see vehicle that was on car gurus and on auto trader. I matched with 5 trucks 2500s/3500s/f350s/f450s was extremely excited. Didn't think junkyard was dealership. Vehicles in lot go by like :
4yrs sitting,no start. 3 yrs on ground,no tires,no start. New truck for local farmer. Vehicle covered in moss, on ground, no wheels, no engine. Heavy duty truck punched holes in earth now on flat tires, frame on ground, no start. Several vehilces with pine needles varying in years of decrepit scrap covered in moss next to 2022 new truck. Car on blocks,no start. Half cab of pickup(has engine tho). Car with pine needles,no start, on frame.
I talked face to face with Roland. I tried to get a deal going. He wanted me to enter into contract for a vehicle, then he would repair it to bare minimum"Road Ready". If your buyin new. Maybe you get one that runs. Doubt it. Roland,Hope you can fix your dealership.

I have just returned to my home in O'Fallon Mo from a 5310 mile journey out west & returning thru Austin, Tx after leaving on Oct 21. On the second day(Oct 22) of my trip my car started misfiring on the interstate just east of Albuquerque. I contacted the Service Dept of Rich Ford and talked to Service Advisor Tony Garcia. He said the shop was busy but would be happy to run codes & maybe help if possible. I was able to get to the service drive & Tony went above & beyond to help me. I was also assisted by Mike Duda in the Parts Dept. Both are exceptional individuals assisting me in a tough situation while traveling from the St Louis area. The Albuquerque area and the Dealership should be proud of these two individuals for outstanding customer service!
I bought my Chevy truck here 6 years ago and still have it and still runs like a champ!!!I told Mr Rich what I was looking for he wrote down my likings and went on to show me few fine trucks, ya their is old trucks on flats all over but I don’t need a brand new sparkly showroom floor that’s the truth! Thank your Mr Rich!! Love love my Chevy baybay!!!
Such genuine people! They were so understanding and I will definitely bring my vehicle back or maybe even buy a new one from them. It's hard to find people you can trust ESPECIALLY a used car salesman. I'm a woman and very leery when it comes to my car repairs but I will bring my car here everytime.
I just bought my first car today from Roland Rich Ford. Let me tell you, everybody has their own opinion. Its just an opinion. But what is TRUE is that the owner is a very genuine hearted man. He is honest and true. He cared about finding something to fit my needs and not just closing a sale. Fair pricing on vehicles for their given condition and mileage. I definitely recommend for people looking for a good quality automobile, new or used.
Terrible representation of what a Ford dealership should be. The cars sit and rot for years and are never sold. If you think this is a good dealership your opinion is biased and far from the truth.
Terrible dealership. Went in years ago to try and buy a truck that was over priced back then. Over 5 years later, the same truck is still for sale and nearly the same price. They would rather sit on the vehicles for a life time than give somebody a fair deal. Go ahead and keep your junk collection Roland Rich.
This dealership looks like a junk yard couldn't tell what was actually for sale or for scrap. Every vehicle had flat tires. Terrible representation of the Ford motor company, or any dealership that wants to attract new customers. Talked to the salesman and drove all the way from Minnesota to find a truck with flat tires and a bed full of scrap.
We were towed there when our Edge broke down far from home. The people at Roland Rich Ford were amazing, friendly and knowledgeable. We were soon on our way toward our original destination with our Edge fixed in tip top shape. Thank You, Roland Rich Ford!!!!!
Place is terrible they do not want to make any negotiations A guy by the name of Anthony didn't really seem intrested in wanting to Sell a truck On top of it he told me if I wanted an auto check I could go get one myself!!! what kind of dealer is this. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. It's to bad because I was ready to buy.
There is a reason this dealership looks like a dead vehicle graveyard. Priced over blue book. They would rather let a vehicle rust into the dust rather than strike a deal. Dont waste your time. Super rude.
Very rude , unfriendly, and unwavering on making a deal. Never even moved from behind the desk to show me some cars. Do not finance and I had cash and still left thinking they don't want to sell cars.
