I can't even explain how awesome this group is. I was traveling from Indiana to Missouri when I got hit. Starting with their tow driver, polite and helpful. He remembered I mentioned my feet were soaked from the rain. He took me back to my car to get shoes. Sometimes it's the little things. Office personnel were exceptional. Even gave us a ride 50 mins away to the enterprise in a neighboring town. We also enjoyed the doggies!
When this company takes your car they do not let you get into it no matter what. I couldn't even get my rescue inhaler out without signing over the title and paying an outrageous amount. Don't go here.
They got me taken care of on one of the coldest nights we've had in a while, zapped my EV before I could get home. I appreciate the quick turn around time and Rob was super awesome. Thank you guys, I appreciate it!!
Very unprofessional, failure to communicate well about car and things inside of it. Two young kids with no backpacks at school, because they refuse to let anybody near the car.Unless they pay 800 to take it and 500 to sign the title over.
Amazing service. This January they raced to get my car off the highway, out of the snow, and to the nearest autoshop. Their driver was friendly and their customer service very accomodating. If I ever run into another semi's brake debri in IL, I'm calling Curtis Towing.
They got my vehicle where it needed to go, the driver was confused about where the vehicle was waiting for him. I couldn’t understand why he was confused at all. Nice people.
Amazing customer service from Mandy. Very pleasant and gave me several different options. Quoted 4 new tires and was the best price around. Will come back to get tires on my other vehicles.
Curtis towing towed my dads car per the order of the Pana police. My dads car ran out of gas. He walked home to get his gas tank, and when he got back his car was gone. His car could have been there a while because my father has a terminal medical condition that impair his mobility. I was made aware that my dads car was towed the next day. When I called Curtis towing to explain the situation, they didn’t budge on pricing. As a matter of fact, they said that if my dads car wasn’t moved the next day they would start charging a daily fee. And the only way they would allow someone other than my dad to get the car was if my dad called them. I explained that my dad was being transported by an ambulance ( it ended up being a helicopter) to Urbana. I explained that he was in and out of consciousness. The clerk stood firm that they car could not be removed from the lot without a phone call from my dad. And that the daily fee would start accruing because “they would loose money if the car sat on the lot”. I explained to the clerk that my dad was close to death. She still didn’t budge with pricing on the daily fee. I have very little money. My dad has absolutely no money. Curtis towing was willing to take money from me and my family during our most vulnerable time. I am an advocate for small rural businesses because they tend to be compassionate and understanding. Curtis towing did not demonstrate either in this situation. I am greatly disappointed by this interaction, and will never give this company my business.
I rolled my vehicle and needed towed. Curtis Towing came out quickly, removed my car quickly and got it to a safe place. I went to Curtis towing the next morning and the process of getting my vehicle and contents was painless and secure, and the way they communicate with insurance is an A++! I definitely recommend and would definitely use their services again. Staff is super friendly and plus they have these awesome teal cabinets in their offices! Thanks Curtis!
Curtis and his staff are great. Fair pricing and fast service on all our auto repairs! Great selection of used cars right down the road from the repair shop too.
