The guys are great to work with and let you know when your parts have arrived.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The store had every part I needed in stock and reasonably priced. Huge thank you to the guys for working with me and helping me resolve my problems with my car. By the end of the day my car was back running perfect and the check engine light turned off on its own without resetting it.

Never been disppointed with O'Reilly's. They are always fantastic to deal with. Very helpful!

Services was very unfriendly! Seem to not want to help install a simple fuse. ? It was maybe just the gentleman that waited on me at the time.

Very Very Bad Customer Service. What happened to the customer service that was here before!!!!! We were there today and the young man that tried to wait on us didn't know exactly where to look and no other employees tried to help. They were more concerned about other customers that walked in much after we did. So we left and we will be contacting corporate office to let them know how the management in this store is.

They need better customer service. Had a part that I should've got full refund for but I got shammed out of 24 dollars . Place is a joke!

I had a wheel bearing go out on my family and I today .. babied the vehicle to the store and they had the part I needed and ready for me when I showed up even allowed me to borrow some sockets so I could change it in the parking lot..the guy even came out n checked on me several times in the pouring rain while I was working on it to see how I was doing or needed anything...I give my highest recommendation and upmost respect to the store and especially their employees..thank you deeply for your humbleness
