Told me to pull my van out my garage so I he could get it I did and said he still could get it and just pulled off my driveway way is hugh so I don’t see how he couldn’t he wasted my time I personally wouldn’t go to them
I absolutely love this place. Very fair and reliable came on time and just the day before Thanksgiving they were open. Gary was a nice guy very professional it's so good to know we actually have a great junk /auto salvage place in Springfield, IL will call again if I need assistance thanks guy's and Happy Thanksgiving
It would be nice if these guys would clean up their scraps out of the middle of the road from their junk yard. I live on the same road and HAVE to drive past this company to get anywhere, but i’m constantly getting stuff stuck in my tires (bolts, nails, metal, etc.) because you guys are simply inconsiderate of others and don’t care because it’s not your car. If you could please pick your stuff up out of the middle of road where people drive on everyday, that would be so helpful and would save people a lot of money :) - thank you, literally anyone that drives down this road.
Went to get a part for a Chevy pickup truck and the guys there are friendly and great price for the part that I needed definitely going back makes me feel like I'm back n tn they let me go in the yard and get my part I needed just pointed me n the right direction where it was

Been going to these guys for years. Whether it's looking to scrap a car, getting rid of broken appliances or looking for used parts they're always helpful and don't rip you off. Easier to deal with than they're neighbors, in my opinion. (A different scrapyard)
I would always call these.guys first.
My van had to be junked. Jerry and Gary were great, they were patient, polite and I got the fair price for junked vehicle. I would definitely use their service again if I ever needed them.
I've been there several times and Always had a good experience.
The staff was friendly and helpful and were able to answer any questions that I had.
Even when they were busy, they made everyone feel special and treated them professionally and helped them as soon as they could.

Well, the site isn't updated to say closed on Saturday. We loaded a scrap car and took it in. I called several times before my husband got there to let them know it was on the way, no answer and no one there. Not really happy about that.
I told the fellas they need to go hunting for rabbit when they do I hope they let me know..

They were awesome! They went and got the part I needed, and when I went to leave I couldn't because I locked the keys in the truck. Thank God I had the windows down some. Gary went and got his tool to unlock the door.
They are very nice guys, polite, funny and very helpful. Awesome men.
