Truly good people and reasonable prices! Been using them for years. Bought used tires from them several years ago and expressed concern about being sold crappy tires. She assured me she wouldn't put anything on my car she wouldn't put on her own vehicle that her children rode in. Turns out the tires were in great shape! They will always have my business.
They did not have tires I needed but was able and willing to put tires on and balance a some tires I bought. Heads up They only take cash, Lucky I had the right amount on me.
Don literally went out his way to help us and get what we needed to get home safe. It truly meant a lot knowing they didn't just sell us a part... They made sure was everything we needed. We looking forward to doing more business.
I needed an odd size steel rim for a spare tire on a cargo van. The gentleman at the front desk knew that they had one and knew exactly where it was. 3 minutes later, it was brought to the front, in great shape, no rust. Excellent price and I was out the door. Friendly and professional. Recommended.
Extremely rude. Tried providing my business and was instructed to forge the name of a dead loved one on a title (illegally). Then was talked to like I was dumb for misunderstanding and not wanting to commit fraud. Don’t hassle yourself with this place.
Drove from Madison, WI to get a front bumper cover I was having a hard time finding. They were honest and didn't try to hide anything about blemishes. Honestly, the part still looked good for it's age. Pricing was more than fair and reasonable. They even threw in the cushion and bumper that other salvage yards would charge more than what it would cost to buy new ones. To top it off, they were patient with my stupid questions. I would definitely drive 265 miles out of my way to do business with these guys again.
I won't go anywhere else for auto partd when i want a part that isn't old and sketchy or new and defunct(not to be confused with new and not the right part). So when i want the correct part the first time out of the driveway, when i want a part that is proven to be working prior to sale, when i want a part that comes with important information for installation or additional products needed to do said install correctly, I go to NEVIL'S. Where do you waste your time at if you don't come here? I bet i know...
I don't know about anybody else but Everytime I go to them for a part and pay first thing in the morning after they justed opened I wait a whole 24hrs before I get the part I paid for, I'm not making this up I'm waiting still for them to call which will be tomorrow when I have no car to get to there.

I didnt buy a part from these guys. When I called looking for one though they told me of another salvage yard that had one and it was way cheaper than other places by far. Thank you for the help. Another salvage by the name of y-yard in effingham il tried to scam me out of alot of hard earned money. A difference in price of $325. Thanks again Nevill's Auto salvage

About 4 months ago I popped a tire and was left stranded with a crying child in the back. In order to get back to town I had to drive on this flat and mess up my rim. The next day I was able to get a new rim and fresh tire so quick and cheap i wondered why I didn't get all 4 replaced at the same time. Not to mention he threw in a batch of lug nuts that he had extra. Nicest people and greatest service I ever experienced at a salvage place ever.
So I called this morning to sell a 3/4 ton pickup truck they offer me $180 which is a joke but I want it out of the yard so I agree. Mind you the damn leaf springs are work more then that from nevill's, they get here and try to knock off 50 for not having a catalytic converter these people are scam artist. Called captain Todd's and they offered me $200 as long as it has wheels and rolls... I'll never be doing business with Nevill's again good job scallywags...ps. all this truck needs is a battery and I can drive it lmfao their loss

Good place. Right parts. Took a bit longer than I wanted, but the customer service was great. Just wish they had the ability to pay online and delivery to shops.
