When my car broke down on Mother's Day in Springfield, I tried calling to find someone that could move my car to my daughters home, we told him that tomorrow then we could have it towed to Pana where our Mechanic shop is. he told he could take it to Pana he talked price of the tow with us and the price of him towing it all the way to Pana was very reasonable and then we just had the one tow bill All Star was prompt, polite and reasonable rate I would differently recommend them.
I was in a wreck and they came very quickly to tow, gave me some advice on what to grab out of the car, and explained options following that. Even beyond that, when I called about getting things I forgot out of the car, they were great to deal with. Excellent experience with them in every way possible!
They took great care with my classic car. Great customer service. They also have a mobile card reader for credit transactions so you don't have to provide your card number over the phone.
Car broke down on the side of the highway. Roadside assistance contacted All Star for us. They called us immediately and arrived quickly getting my family off the side of the highway. The shop the road side assistance had directed us to was closed so Jeff found us another place before he even picked us up to get us back on the road. Great service and very friendly!

Our car battery failed and would no longer hold a charge. We have a one-car garage, so a jump start was not an option. Plus, without sufficient power, we could not put the car in neutral to push it out of the garage. All Star Performance Towing came highly recommended, and it's the best call I could have made.
Customer service was excellent! Our tow truck arrived within 15 minutes. Steve did a superb job getting the vehicle out of the garage and onto the tow truck. Less than 15 minutes after he arrived, we were on our way to the auto repair service.

My family got stuck in our apartment complex parking lot (due to the blizzard). We eventually needed to call for help. We tried SEVERAL towing companies that showed up on Google. They all told us they couldn't help because it was an apartment parking lot or they were going to take over an hour and start at $100. All Star Towing picked up and asked where we were and dispatched someone to head our way IMMEDIATELY (no questions asked). We were lucky to have someone shovel us out 2 minutes after the call, so we called back to let them know not to come. They were prompt, friendly and very helpful. My son's car wouldn't start the guy did a test to see if it was the battery or alternator. Towed it to Firestone and he was correct. Bad alternator....
The staff were very understanding in the return of my stolen car and were very kind in the whole process. I do not live in Springfield but highly recommend them for service. The lot location for storage is not prime but they make you feel comfortable.

Towing can really be an art form sometimes. They are resourceful, helpful and good conversation! Reasonably priced as well. I was amazed they were able to quickly get two of my cars, each with their own unique challenges, to their destinations.

We were on our way from TX to WI for a family reunion when our alternator went out just south of Springfield IL on Saturday morning. We were pretty concerned as we were in unfamiliar area and with many shops closed on weekends we weren't sure we would be able to make our planned family reunion. We called around to several places and only 1 Stop auto shop was open. They offered to connect us with All Star Towing as they use them regularly. They were amazing! They arranged for the tow truck to bring a loaner vehicle so all 5 of us could get to the shop. This was a huge help for us and helped us make it to our reunion. Would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a tow in the Springfield Area. Thanks!
Called for a Tow after 35 minutes called them again the guy said the girl in office didn’t put us on the schedule after she said she was sending someone... he said he had someone in area it took another 45 minutes! It was 85Degrees out with dog in car I told him that too. Tow truck finally got there he told us his credit card wasn’t working to get cash and we would meet at the mechanic, we got the money drove across Springfield to Riverton and waited almost another hour. I called and they told me the driver had to get fuel card and fuel ... and driver said he was forgot about dropping off car and was headed out of town. My DOG GOT OVER HEATED AND PUKED IN THE CAR AND HAS BEEN SICK ALL NIGHT. Would never call this company again.
Jeff and Austin are great guys and will do things other companies won't. My go to tow company. Also don't know them personally just a repeat happy customer.

I had a flat tire by the freedom gas station, one of your tow trucks came by switched out my tire and went on his way. I would recommend allstar towing to everyone I know.
We were traveling through Springfield from out of town when our car died on the highway. I quickly Googled local towing companies, and saw that All Star had a high review rating. I'm so thankful I called this company! Jeff listened to what had happened calmly, and assured me that he could help me, my husband, my three kids, and our two dogs get to a safe location off the highway. Not knowing a good mechanic in Springfield (who would be open on Saturday), I asked Jeff if he had a recommendation, and he called someone who knew immediately, while on the phone with me. He told them our story, and the mechanic said he could help. The whole situation could not have had a better or happier outcome. My car was fixed by 11 am the next day (on a Saturday!!) and Jeff even called me to follow up and make sure that the mechanic had kept his word and that all was well. I am so impressed with his customer service! Thank you for rescuing our family from what would have otherwise been a nightmare of a situation! Highly recommend Jeff - five stars from us!
My boyfriends truck had broken down due to transmission issues. He pulled the truck to the side of the road on an uphill exit ramp. Unable to shift gears, he had put the emergency brake on. It was the only thing keeping the truck from rolling backward. We left the key in the vehicle and Jeff, the owner of this company came to tow it the last 2 miles to our house. Some how in that two miles the emergency brake broke and Jeff decided to leave a brick behind the tire to keep it in the driveway. After discovering that the brake was broken the next day I called to see if he would fix it. Instead I got the most disrespectful customer service by Jeff himself as he told me it wasn't his problem because he didn't brake it and then told me to shut the hell up before hanging up on me. My insurance company who set me up with them even told me that they made note in their system that they will no longer refer to this towing company. Never experienced such terrible customer service.
My fiancé and I broke down on the side of the highway and we called our roadside/insurance and they sent out All Star. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience with the driver he was extremely personable & very professional. We were about an hour from home and he was there quickly to come get us!! Gave us a ride and tow home Sooooo Thankful!!! I would totally recommend these guys!!
My fiancé and I were driving to see my family and got a crack in our radiator on our way back. Through our State Farm roadside assistance they called all star towing and they came and towed us from Lincoln to Springfield it was pretty cheap for a 45 mile trip and the driver was very personable and nice all around nice experience. I recommend them for any and all of your towing needs
We are from out of town and had a flat tire on the side of a very busy highway with 2 small kids! The owner came with his personal truck to take us and our children to a safe place while our vehicle was being towed! I have never been so thankful! They were quick and so nice! Worth every star!
