I’ve been here a couple times now with only good things to say, but today was especially notable as Thomas and the rest of the team were handling a line almost out of the door, as well as constantly ringing phones, while still demonstrating great customer service and communication throughout the visit. It was certainly appreciated considering how many people needed help during the freezing weather. Thanks!
Did an amazing job! Battery was better and cheaper than like a million auto stores. They even installed it in my car after I purchased. Seriously love this store. Came from Peoria to get a battery here it was so worth the drive.
Christian worked on my car and im a little bit of a car person myself so I could tell he was doing everything right and making sure i didn’t leave until it was right. Was in and out fast. Had to get a new battery for my harley. Some older lady was assisting me. Not sure what her name was but she was very polite and knew exactly what she was talking about. Highly recommend this place to anyone!! Got the motobatt brand and it works very good. I'll be going here for any other battery I ever need in the future.

My name is Toi and I just want to say that I am sincerely impressed with the customer service I witnessed on 04/24/2025. When I went there on this day there was only myself and one other person in the business, within minutes it became very busy very quick. What started out with 2 customers turned into about 10 and there was only one person at the counter. All of a sudden employees started appearing from everywhere to assist people. They were smiling, courteous, and willing to help. I have taught customer service etiquette and standards, and to me, the employees embodied every aspect of true customer service. Kudos to the staff and management.
Great service. The guys there were super clear and honest. I thought I needed a new battery but only needed terminals cleaned up and they didn't even charge me. The prices for the batteries were very reasonable regardless so definitely earned them a future customer!
Bought a new 5 year battery for my 2019 Honda CRV installed for $89 and the dealer wanted $219 plus $45 for installation. Buy from Rexx, not the rip off dealers!
My husband went there this morning to purchase a new battery for our car and he said the service was amazing!! The staff are friendly. The technician was knowledgeable. Went in because my car battery was dead. They have a nice children's area with puzzles and games and such. Very clean place. They had my battery checked, replaced, and out the door in less than ten minutes. My kid was upset we didn't get to play Jenga they had there lol but I think she'll be ok lol . I would highly recommend this business. I got the recommendation from my insurance company.
Excellent Service, great products. Install the battery in my truck in 15 minutes, for far less than what others quoted me . Spoke to three different people, all were knowledgeable and friendly Decided to pick up a battery jumpstart kit from Noci While I was there, one because the service was great, and The price was as good or better than anywhere else I have looked. Nice place for all sorts of battery needs. I took in my Seiko watch and got the battery replaced. Picked up a 9 volt for the smoke detector and some ANA'S for a flashlight. Nice helpful employees as well!
Just a quick shout out. My mom's battery drained from leaving the ignition on by accident. She got it jumped and her caregiver drove it around a bit. She was just going to buy a new battery but they checked it, charged it and told her she didn't need a new battery. Could have sold her one but didn't. Excellent service and earned her trust when she does need one!
Have no problem telling you the battery is the problem, charging $95 to replace a 3 month old battery then not carrying when the problem still isn't fixed. When you call the next day to try to retrieve the "bad battery " one person says it's been shipped out, another very rude lady says you can come dig through the pallets and look for it. They use to have such amazing customer service. But after they just took advantage of my daughter like this, you really have to wonder what kind of business they are running now!!
I love the service here. No appointment needed. Pulled up with my car with a battery issue at 1:35 by 1:39 they had it looked at and determined it was bad. Told me the price for a new one and installing it as I wait. Out the door by 1:49. Less than 15 minutes. Won’t take our cars anywhere else for battery issues. In addition to car batteries they also do iPhone battery replacement as well as screen repairs. Staff are always polite and accommodating. Can’t say enough good things about this place.
I got a great deal here, half the price of the corporate auto parts stores, with the same warranty. A little crowded when I was there, but everyone was pleasant and all was done in less than an hour. First class all the way! Highly recommend.
I called to get a estimate of the cost and they were so helpful and very nice!! I went after work and they tested my battery free of charge and just as I thought it was dead. They had me in and out of there in less then 15 minutes and the customer service was just as amazing in person I will definitely go back when I need any help!!!

I took my sump pump battery in for battery acid fill (which I can't find anywhere else)... they took care of it in 15 min and only charged me $10.
Also, the front desk area is well kept and nice. Cool antique battery stuff in display cases to check out while waiting. Also comfortable chairs. I almost fell asleep. Honestly I could probably just hang out there even if I didn't need anything. Just needs a beer fridge.
Every single employee greeted me as soon as they saw me and asked me if I needed any help. Would love to see that kind of service literally anywhere else.
Okay, legit this place is amazing. I will come back every single time for my batteries. All the employees were super nice, extra helpful, and fast at that. You never get that anywhere. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Also, the battery cost was super cheap! No up-charges, hidden stuff, or them trying to manipulate the cost like other places. A legit business.
