Joe's Towing provided excellent service to/for me today ... from the time I talked to Missy to the time the tow service arrived to my vehicle was, at most, 10 minutes ... my tow truck driver provided great service and appropriate assessment of the problem ... thank you.
My car was stolen and recovered last night. Cody went above and beyond for me working with the police officer and securing my vehicle until it could be towed to the dealership. Props to Missy in the office for the follow up call and to Allison this morning for arranging the tow to the dealership. They helped make a traumatic event less stressful. Thank you all!
On January 27, 2026, I requested service via AAA. Joe's Towing in Peoria, Il responded to the call. I needed battery assistance. Their technician Rodney showed up and was delighted to help me. He was very professional, articulate and showed a genuine concern for my situation. He explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions. Rodney is definitely an asset to Joe's towing. I would highly recommend Joe's towing to anyone is looking for great service.
Today, my car wouldnt start even after jumping it. Joe's Towing came to tow it to the dealership. In this day and age where customer service is almost non-existent, I must say that Jacob with Joe's Towing proved me wrong. He was genuinely friendly with a nice smile, even though the temperature is almost zero outside. The professionalism that he showed convinced me that I would use them again, if needed, and highly recommend them to anyone else needing a towing service. Great job Joe's Towing, especially Jacob!! Jeff just left the house, towing a Dodge Durango. The Durango was parked in the back of the house, which is an alley. The other side of the alley the neighbors were parked as well, causing a tight fit. Originally, the Durango would not do anything, stuck in a transmission error. Jeff managed to get it in neutral so we could push the Durango to a position of loading on the flatbed. Jeff did a fabulous job!
My son blew out a tire and had a super busy day. Joe's showed up on time, worked with him quickly so he could get back to his day. Even followed up with a text to me for my motherly peace of mind. I will recommend Joe's to all of my sons friend and family's who may need help!!!!!
My car broke down tonight and Jo-Boyz towing provided quick, 10/10 service. I was able to leave my car there for them to pick up so I didn’t have to wait in the cold. They answered my call promptly when I had questions, answered all my questions satisfactorily, and confirmed delivery of my car to the mechanic.

Picked me up in the dead of night, dropped my truck off at a shop and dropped me off at a place to spend the night. Completely reasonable price. Went over and above getting me to a place to stay. I'm very happy with the service I received.

I wanted to take a moment to personally thank and recognize an employee named Tommy for going above and beyond during a recent service interaction.
I requested a tow for my Jeep as I wasn’t sure why it wouldn’t start, through my insurance company app.
Tommy arrived promptly, and got out of his truck with a smile and upbeat attitude.
Quickly Tommy opened my hood and pointed out my battery was old, leaking acid and probably was no longer working. After he put a jump box on my Jeep, he confirmed it was just a dead battery.
Not only did Tommy assist with a jump for my Jeep, but he also took the extra time to walk me through how to swap out the battery myself. His willingness to share his knowledge and ensure I understood the process didn’t go unnoticed—it truly made a difference and reflects the kind of exceptional service that builds trust and loyalty.

ladies on the phone are not well educated, they don`t know how to talk with customer, they don`t really want to help people. Need to teach them how to talk and work professionally

I highly recommend this Towing Company. On our trip from Idaho to North Carolina, we broke down on I-74 in Bloomington, Il. and was given a 60 minute wait. Brian (Driver 26) was there on site within 10 minutes. Our insurance sent us to a tire shop that didn't have time to pull our car in for a couple days. Brian went above and beyond and helped us find a shop that was able to get us in as soon as we got there! Thank you Brian, you rock!
Blew a tire on i74 and waited no more than 10 minutes for driver 26, Brian, to pick us up, after we were giving a 60 minute ETA. He went above and beyond to get us to a good mechanic after a big mixup with my insurance company.
Kyle came promptly and got my dead car running again. Dispatcher was patient with me when I cut things short because my phone was dying. Very exceptional service!

Hit something in the road..destroyed both right side tires...called Joe's, dispatcher said less than 45 minutes wait... truck pulled up in 30, had my car home and off the truck in little over an hour from when I called. I've been on the back of a couple tow trucks before, but Joe's was pretty amazing. They have picked me up out of a jam more than once. I would use them every time!
Noah is a fantastic employee, and he goes above and beyond with his service. He was out at 3am when I needed a tow and he was very helpful. I would never consider using another towing company.
