Robert was very easy to work with. Really came thru for me when my car broke down 6 hours from home. Towed it from Litchfield to Springfield (approx. 1 hour trip) for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
Was stranded 85 miles from home on 6/8 with my grandchildren tow driver was so kind and patient, waiting in the storm for a ride to show up before loading my car on his truck didn't get his name ty so much sir!!! Also, price was the best in town!!
The owner of this towing company was the one to pick up me and my car. He was amazing!! So helpful and brought me to a tire repair shop that wasn’t too far from where I was stopped, then waited for the tires to be fixed before leaving!
Robert came out promptly and was extremely professional and courteous and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you shop towing prices. Recovery Master was by far the most reasonable and some other companies 3x their cost for the same service which is crazy!

Ok, my car got towed from a lot by the train station in Springfield,,,by mistake it was parked in the wrong lot,,,,Robert who works there at the tow lot is one of the kindest people I know ,he went above and beyond to help me get my car back, thank you so much
Due to the excellent service I received, this review had to be written right away. Robert is the kind of employee that every business dreams about having. He was professional, courteous, patient with all my questions, and went above and beyond what was required. If all Recovery Masters employees are like Robert I would highly suggest everyone to request their services.
Place smelled like pure cigarettes. Worker turned me away and wouldnt let me get stuff out of my spouse's car for not being on the title. Turns out, after doing insurance paperwork, I am on the title and they just didnt check the right stuff.
Had an Illinois officer tell my 17 year old daughter our vehicle was safe for the night waiting for a tow, while blown up on side of the road.
For another one to come along and have this officer owned co. Steal it from me three days after Christmas saying he can’t afford to take a hit.
Can’t even get my 5 year olds car seat unless sign him over a title or pay$ 30/day holding fee

Several employees are rude and hateful. Was asking a question about something and the hung up on me. I do not appreciate the fact that they are being very rude.
Had a wheel come off my vehicle on the coldest night of the year. They answered the phone immediately and within the hour had the wheel back on and towed off the highway to a safe spot. And not only that, they charged me half what the other towing companies in Springfield, IL said it would cost. I will only use Recovery Masters in the future and I will highly recommend them to my friends and family, as this is a business that knows how to treat the customer right.
