Robert was very easy to work with. Really came thru for me when my car broke down 6 hours from home. Towed it from Litchfield to Springfield (approx. 1 hour trip) for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!
Was stranded 85 miles from home on 6/8 with my grandchildren tow driver was so kind and patient, waiting in the storm for a ride to show up before loading my car on his truck didn't get his name ty so much sir!!! Also, price was the best in town!!
The owner of this towing company was the one to pick up me and my car. He was amazing!! So helpful and brought me to a tire repair shop that wasn’t too far from where I was stopped, then waited for the tires to be fixed before leaving!
Robert came out promptly and was extremely professional and courteous and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you shop towing prices. Recovery Master was by far the most reasonable and some other companies 3x their cost for the same service which is crazy!

Ok, my car got towed from a lot by the train station in Springfield,,,by mistake it was parked in the wrong lot,,,,Robert who works there at the tow lot is one of the kindest people I know ,he went above and beyond to help me get my car back, thank you so much
