Driver came out and got me back to the shop for repair, was stranded out in the middle of nowhere 30 mins outside of springfield, and even took me to a hotel after dropping off my van at the shop! Very thankful for them going above and beyond.
They were great. Not only did they come tow us when other tow companies in the area couldn't be bothered, they recommended a mechanic that finished the job on got us back on the road. Everyone involved went beyond the call of duty. Gotta love 'small town' hospitality. Thanks again!!
Northside towing was awesome!! I was on the side of the highway when my jeep broke down. Called and Kevin Smith Jr was there in no time. It was also fairly priced for needing towed all from springfield to Lincoln illinois. Kevin was very professional and made me at ease about a very stressful situation.
