On my way home (Utah) from West Virginia...my EGR valve went crazy. I pulled into this O'Reilly's in hopes they would have the part. Unfortunately, they didn't and couldn't get it for a couple of days. Mike was STELLAR!!!
He called Napa, Autozone, Dairy Queen, Amazon, and the local Ford shop...but to no avail. Fortunately, I was able to make arrangements to have it the next day...just cost me 188 in overnight shipping.
The service Mike provided is above and beyond and should be acknowledged.

I recently visited this O’Reilly Auto Parts due to an unfortunate situation while on a trip to Springfield from Milwaukee. It’s about a 285 mile drive. My vehicle broke down and started overheating so I pulled off the road to see what the issue was. I was helped by both Mike and Rob who are excellent human beings. Both were truly invested in making sure I knew what the issue was and how to fix my vehicle to be able to make it home (which I did). I really want to say thank you to these two for going above and beyond when they did not have to help at all. They are truly great people.
The guy working there this evening, I think his name was Rob, but I may have that wrong. He is wonderful!!! He went above and beyond for me and this mama with her hands full really appreciated his kindness. He is a keeper! Good job O’Reillys!
I went here in June just 2 months ago went to purchase a new starter which wasn't in stock. Ordered it picked it up the next day. Couple days ago 8/20/24 the starter starts making this horrible sound I had to have the starter replaced again not even 2 months later. Took the starter back for a warranty replacement it's not even the same starter
I walked into O’Reilly and Michael gave me a genuine smile said how may I help you? Michael walked me through every little step. He was doing, explained everything. He even put the light in my headlight for me and went through the codes with me is a wonderful asset to the store. His coworkers was very pleasant to other people that came into the store with smiles and was very genuinely wanted to help people. I recommend the store. These guys were great really made me feel comfortable and at ease of what he was explaining to me.
Auto parts stores are not what they used to be. Today they have Tons of overpriced merchandise and unknowledgeable people who "guess" they are giving you the correct part. At least I can buy parts.
Jarred and Damian (spelling unsure) were extremely kind and helpful. I enjoyed chatting with them about the needs for my daughters car. Stopped here for convenience and will definitely go back. Highly recommend stopping in here for auto needs.
Not the brightest bunch of people. They kinda act like they are being inconvenienced by coming in to get a part. Some of the people are very nice and helpful but the few that suck really SUCK. If you're going to set up a commercial account, do not do it at this store, go to the one of Jefferson.

I am not a person to leave comments but I had to with this one. I went in and to get my battery and alternator tested. I explained to Rob what was going on and after both testing fine he checked my connector for my battery and it came right off. He took time to help me and replaced the part right there. He went above and beyond and I am so grateful. Rob you are awesome thank you so much!!
So this one is kinda 50/50. If you know what you want as far as parts.( Revised) *Don't ask for help with batteries. These guys have no clue what they are doing or just make money on battery sales. Told us we had a dead battery after testing it. Took us to the battery wall to show us the battery we needed. Good thing I had a grandpa who taught me to never take the first offer. We took it down the street to Rexx Battery and they offered to charge it for much less. Came back the next morning and the battery was fine. Still going strong 6 months later. Take it to an expert, otherwise they will try to sell you a battery if it's low or needs a charge.
Horrible customer service!! Went there and asked for bumper clips with the guy standing behind the counter on that spin cap. Didn't bother to come help me find what I needed. Such great customer service as he was just standing there. The lady working was talking very loudly and cussing. Sure felt like me the customer didn't matter to them. Asked another for help, he also didn't come to help me just said I needed to bring in a bumper clip and measure my bumper for a wrap. Then helped another customer. Was like that I wasn't even there. Not sure if I'll go back.
Ask about a part (that was listed on they're website, supposedly in stock) and all he would say is they didnt have it, it was still a dealership part.
I left went home ordered on Amazon for less than O'Reilly's had on they're website.
I do understand online inventories are not always accurate but I felt he could have been more helpful on where else it could be found, especially since he was so sure they did not carry a part listed on O'REILLY'S website.
Awesome customer service! I always take used cars I test drive to them to check for possible codes and they never have a problem coming out doing it. They're the best.
I stopped, while traveling, to purchase a replacement brake lamp. The staff was amazing to work with - Donald, in particular, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this store.
As Parts Manager for over 20 years at t trucking dealerships. I know how to spot a good customer service skills. I had to stand at the counter on Saturday and watch a young lady Christy, (couldn't have been over 20) handle a customer in front of us and then deal with my son. She did all the right things and asked the right questions. She made the experience enjoyable.
Dealing with this business has always been a good experience. Staff is always helpful, curious and willing to provide assistance. I've had them install wiper blades to new headlight bulbs. I recommend this company.
This is pretty much my go to store for anything auto parts. They are always knowledgeable here and always have what I need in stock, and in the off chance that they don't their main warehouse is at their other store just 2 miles down the road and I can pick it up there. Cant beat it!
Awesome service, we had a headlight go out. So we pull and as we are sitting the car, one of the gentleman walks by the window sees that the light is out and comes out to car and says in will be back with bulb. He comes.out and changes it for us. Awesome job guys.
