Company is garbage!
Called to fix a flat… told me 45 minutes. I called back at 1:15… told me 20 more minutes… I called back in 45 minutes…. All calls went to voicemail after two rings for 15 minutes.
Called Barefoot Towing and they had me out of there in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I see Two Brothers at Discount Tire when I was getting my tires fixed!

My car was towed 4/3/24 i picked it up 4/4/24 i was attempting to speak with the tow truck driver he was a bit rude but some people usually are I brushed it off and walked away im a female and i was alone the cop was also rude i heard the tow truck driver say “im just gonna drag it” .. the first 2 pictures are the front driver and passenger side of the car the video is 2 days before being towed by this shady company ‼ I would NEVER recommend this company to a friend nor enemy and they also told me 290$ on the phone when i picked it up it was 250$ but he was on the phone with the receptionist which wasn’t in the building asking if it was 200 and something which leads me to believe that extra was tacked on because the cop said $125 … SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES… DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS ‼ LOOK YOUR CAR OVER BEFORE LEAVING IF YOU DO..

Mr. Taylor and his office manager, Kaetlyn Davis, made what could have turned into a nightmare for me, as positive of an experience as one could ask for under my circumstances. I bought a car off an acquaintance, which turned out had been impounded for over 5 months. I explained the situation to both Mr. Taylor and Ms. Davis, who both worked with me and waived a extraordinary amount of storage and towing fees in order for me to be able to retrieve the vehicle. I was even given gas so I was able to be able to take the car home without having to stop anywhere with it, as the battery was dead from sitting so long.
Thank you Mr. Taylor and Ms. Davis for being so helpful and caring regarding the situation I was in and helping me get through it. I highly recommend the services and staff provided at Taylor Brothers Towing as they are both honest and professional.
I could not have ask for a kinder person to help my daughter than George. He was very professional and made her (and me) feel safe. I called him around 10:30 pm on a Saturday night. He got to her very quickly and gave us great counsel. He checked under the hood to make sure nothing was leaking and ultimately we ended up needing to tow her car about 30 miles away. He was happy to take the car wherever we needed even though it was so late. The price was very reasonable and the experience was the best we could ask for in the situation. Thank you George!!
On October 17, 2023, I was in a terrible accident. Taylor Brothers Towing was assigned to pick up my vehicle by Springfield Police Department. They were out at the scene within about 10-15 minutes. My interaction at the scene was limited, but they were very kind to me and my 12 year old son. The next day I met them again when I came to get items from my car. Kaetlyn was the sweetest and most helpful person ever. George actually helped me move things from the trunk of my car and get around the airbags to retrieve my items. And Kyle picked up my car and helped me at the yard the day I came to get my items. Their office and building was clean and comfortable, but most importantly, how quickly they responded and how kind they were. When you have gone through an accident, everything that comes after is also completely overwhelming. They took an extremely stressful experience and made it so much better for me. I cannot begin to recommend them or thank them enough.
George was awesome!!! My vehicle wouldn't start as I was leaving a resturant and he was there within 10 minutes. He took the time to see if my battery was still good and properly connected before he towed it to my mechanic. The best service I have ever received from a towing company!
They delivered a shed for us, GREAT SERVICE!! He got the shed in a very tight spot, very impressed! Even cut a limb back for me so it didn’t damage shed! Great customer service.

We received excellent service from Taylor Brothers towing ! We hydroplaned off of I-72 in heavy rain/snow and landed in center of median traveling from Jacksonville to Springfield .We called and they arrived in reasonable time and did a lot of work to pull us out of a deep ditch full of at least a foot of water.They ask first if we were hurt,we replied that we were fine. The cost of $175.00 seemed fine I suppose since all services seem to be going up. The man and women both were very nice and took our payment by credit card at the next exit after we drove the car to determine if it was OK in all ways. I recommend these people to anyone needing assistance in the area.
I was caught in a very unexpected and unfortunate situatio that left me in the middle of the road without a car. I was there with an officer for over an hour, after he called a tow truck that could come "as soon as possible." George was passing by, we caught his attention, and he very generously took time out of his day to help get me to the nearest fix up shop. I had a tow arranged and received confirmation to expect the tow within 75-105 minutes. After an hour and forty five minutes, I called to check on the status of my tow. I was told they had canceled my service half an hour ago. I had not received any notification; they just left me sitting on the side of the road! Avoid at all costs!
I call last night to inquire the price of changing a flat tire. I was told "we don't do tire changes at night". Ok that's understandable but that's not what I asked. Called again this morning about the price of a tire change and was told "we don't do tire changes on the weekend "
Once again that's not what I asked and what is it your company does? Your website says your company is 24 hours and offers flat tire changes, maybe you should update your website.
I honestly couldn’t have been happier with the service I received from Josh Farley and Taylor Brothers Towing. I had purchased a car earlier in St. Louis and was on my way back to Central, IL and I hit a piece of debris just south of Springfield piercing my sidewall. My lug wrench was missing from the Jack kit. For an extremely inexpensive cost Josh came and helped me. Had me back on the road in less than an hour from when I got my flat. Couldn’t be more thankful.
I am so grateful and appreciate everything they did for us. After starting the day out rough I was left confident. He went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable and would recommend these guys to anybody! My car was blocked in by other cars due to a ball game but he assured me no matter what he wasn’t leaving till he could help me. I used AAA to get Taylor Towing service. They had to drive 30 miles to jump start my Prius and then were kind enough to follow me to a place to purchase a new battery to be certain that I made it their safely. Very kind and professional service. I would recommend them highly and was certainly happy with their service !
My daughter had an issue at the lake, her car was stuck, we called EVERY tow company in the area, some never answered and the ones that did....said they didn't want to do it. I traveled two hours from home to watch my sons first wrestling match of the year. I get 11 miles from the school and my van starts going bazerk! I end up coasting into a near by neighborhood. I call roadside assistant and they sent a different towing company to come and check my battery. Since it ended up not being my battery the other towing company left for another call. Once I figured out what I should do with the van and where to take it, I called that towing company back and asked them if they could please come and tow it to a mechanic shop. They told me they would and that they would call me once they came and got it. Well my nephew is also on the wrestling team so we were lucky that my sister was at the match as well and were able to ride back home with them. So, I left my van. Unlocked with the keys inside and start the trip 2 hours back home. An hour later I call the other tow company to see if they had picked up my van yet and no answer. I call them 37 times in an hour and half. NO ANSWER!! I At this point am starting to have a mini heart attack! I call roadside back and tell them what was going on and they dispatched Taylor Brothers! Within in 15 minutes George called me. He was amazing!!! He was a mile from where my van was and talked to me until he had my van in site! (Poor guy! Had to listen to me being frantic!! Sorry bout that George!) I immediately was in relief! Even though I was two hours away I could just tell by his professionalism that he was trustful and that my van was in good hands! He assured me he would get my van to the correct mechanic and call me when it was there and locked up! And he did exactly that! I just got off the phone with him! I didn’t think I was going to get to sleep tonight, but now I will! Thank you George and Taylor Brothers Towing! You don’t know how much I appreciate it!
P.S. Even though I didn’t make it to my sons match, he did come home with the win!!!!
Used them to tow my car after it wouldn't start. George was the driver dispatched to assist and I can say it was quick and he was extremely friendly and professional. He even waited a little so my 3 year old could watch.
