Although I didn’t end up towing, one of the employees stopped their vehicle while we were on the side of the road having trouble and they went above and beyond by taking time out of their day to thoroughly check my car and walk me through my next steps. They looked over everything- from the engine to the electronics with clear expertise and genuine care. I was so impressed by their knowledge and their willingness to help when they didn’t have to. It’s rare to find a company that truly goes the extra mile, but this one absolutely does. I’m beyond grateful for their kindness and highly recommend them to anyone in need!

OMG!!! Ricky is amazing!! My tire blew out in 55 N, 20 miles outside Springfield. My roadside assistance booked A-M towing. Although it took quite a while for him to arrive, it was an absolute pleasure from the moment he arrived. He approached from the other side of the expressway. He blew his horn to let us know he was coming for us. I thought that was cool. Such a simple gesture meant so much. From theoment he pulled up, his professional and kind presence was heaven sent. He cracked a few jokes which softened the mood. Obviously I was stressed with my tire situation. Thank you so much Ricky. You made a stressful situation seem light. I appreciate the favor you did for us and I will never forget you.
A&M Towing is a 5 star company in every department. I was very impressed with how helpful and courteous the woman I spoke with on the phone was. The Driver Tommy R. went above and beyond with his helpfulness as well. I will absolutely use A&M in the future for any service they offer. Good stuff from Great people!

I can't begin to say enough wonderful things about this company ! After waiting 6hrs ( in the middle of the night ) they got the call from my insurance to come rescue me . It was my insurance fault NOT the company. The driver was so apologetic and dispatch was top notch . He delivered myself and my car safely home . The driver was very friendly , easy to talk to & went above and beyond to make sure I made it home safely . 1000% would recommend them over anyone.
Fair prices unlike Mulligan's and friendly people. Second toe within a 60-day period and these people don't price gouges you when the weather is bad. I'll be sending out my business here and my friends.
I used this company through AAA. The lady that we spoke to was transparent and not giving us the run around. The driver arrived before the estimated time. The driver was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. If I ever needed a tow without AAA I would call them Thanks

Tommy was fantastic, very kind and explained what he was doing and double check all the details. This was my first time having a tow and as a girl who knows nothing about cars, I felt very informed and the whole experience definitely help calm a lot of worry for my car I was having. The company was very fast to answer and send the tow. It was also a very reasonable cost. I would definitely use A&T towing again and highly recommend them.

Called my regular tow company and they couldn't get out to me for hours. Called A&M and they were out within half an hour. Decent price and the driver was great. I will be using for any future tows.
Nothing short of 5 stars for A&M’s assistance getting my car dispatched promptly on a Sunday afternoon on the road after it blew a water pump. Less than 30 min after calling in distress they had my car loaded up and hauled to the local Jeep dealer. The tow truck driver handled all the details at the dealer (i didnt even need to be there) and all at a very reasonable cost. I could’ve easily been jerked around for my misfortune by lesser enterprises but instead was treated with expert professionalism. i have nothing but kudos for A&M Towing’s job well done!
