Great price and even better service. Stranded while camping nearby this past Monday afternoon/evening and our tow truck operator (didn’t get his name but super friendly and nice!) came at a reasonable time, was so accommodating and friendly. He made us feel safe and helped out. Cherry on top was how affordable the tow ended up being compared to others. 100/10 recommend!
Great experience!!! Rick showed up quickly even though I called latein the evening, got my vehicle on the tow truck, dropped at the mechanic and drove me to a nearby motel. All for a very reasonable price. He was so helpful and friendly, he made a very rough day much better.
Always go above and beyond. We use Opies often and they also allow customers of mine to charge their tow to State Farm. Ran by awesome folks who take care of their customers.
They saved me! I was over an hour away from home when I locked my keys in my van. We were attending a funeral and they came to my rescue. They only charged $35 to unlock it and arrived quickly. The gentleman was very friendly and professional. I recommend them if ever you need a tow or an unlocking. Wonderful company and highly recommended by the locals, and me.
My car was stuck in park and I was stranded... I had called them about a year before for the same problem and they were happy to help. But this time, they called back after I had been waiting on them and the guy said, Well we're not auto mechanics. I saId, you helped me once, please come I'm stranded! He said, Well it wasn't me! And hung up. RUDE. RUDE. RUDE!!!!
Rick, the driver, knew exactly what he was doing and did not let anything happen to my massive SnapOn tool that he removed from the moving truck and he set it into the garage without incident..He charged a very reasonable price for doing it...I will definitely be using their service again
The man came to the hosptial jumped my van. He found out how far i was from home and offered to follow me to oreillys for a free computer check to be sure it wasnt the alternator . He talked to the cashier and got me a discount on the battery and they put it in for me . Had trouble before i left home with it starting .he was the kindest man i have I met in awhile
Very fast and very reasonably priced. He got to us fast and even helped us unhook our horse trailer. He stayed with us longer than he had to to help us. So nice and friendly! We were amazed that he went above and beyond to help us out. My daughter and I thank you so much!!!
Don't waste your time. Called at noon and set up a 4pm tow. 415 so I call and they claim they never got the call but could be there in 30 min. 40 min later they said it would be another 30. So I cancelled and called a real tow company.
We called them on a Saturday to come and unlock our truck that magically locked with the keys in it. They came out and had it unlocked in 2 minutes and the price was very reasonable! Very happy with their service.
First off let me start by saying, the driver of the opies tow truck to drop off the car was extremely inexperienced and unprofessional. The equipment was in disrepair and operating in a very unsafe manner. This truck had no parking brake. The driver hopped out of the truck and set a small rubber chock block behind one rear tire.(by the way this truck is a very large Chevy C6500 Rollback) He then began to winch a honda odyssey on the bed. As soon as he started winching the Van on the bed, the Tow Truck was puking gallons of hydraulic fluid all over the driveway. Once the Van was fully onto the Bed of the truck, the combined weight and motion allowed the truck to rollover the rubber chalk block with ease. The truck raced down the incline and slammed into a pile of railroad ties that I had stacked. The driver tries to gather his composure and tries to set the chock block AGAIN! YES.... I couldn't believe it. I instructed him to get back in his driver seat and hold the brake and I would operate the bed controls for him. So he got in his truck and we did just that. Once he pulled forward onto level ground, I tried to speak with him about the trucks deficiencies, the argument hot heated and he sped off down the road. Now understand this was not a tow requested by me. This towing company was hired by one of my customers. This truck was dropping off a ford Taurus and picking up a honda odyssey. After all of the commotion I go back to my shop where he dropped off the Ford taurus previously and found that he had drug his wheel lift across my concrete and busted the lip that transitions from my driveway to the concrete slab. I called his company(one man show apparently), and he said everything looked good when he left. No apology for almost causing physical harm with his 20,000lbs truck rolling around my lot out of control. No apology for puking hydraulic fluid all over my driveway. What a joke.....I Do NOT RECOMMEND this company for anything. I have pictures of the truck with the chalk block in use and the damage caused to the concrete by his wheel lift. 1 star is giving them way too much credit.
