When I came into the store there were three ladies that were absolutely amazing they knew their stuff they took care of me I had a situation with some headlights and they took care of it and made the situation right what an awesome store and good employees
Favourite automotive place in the quad cities for parts. The staff are very friendly and they always get you the right parts that will last a long time and cheaper then other places!
Everytime I go the place is well staffed, the guys and girls are super helpful & knowledgeable (most worked in automotive elsewhere). Whether turning in my used oil or buying for my next oil change, they help me have a smooth experience.
They are so helpful. The employees have worked there for some time now and you can be confident that they will be there when you come back. Because you know you will need something down the road. Price is average for a auto part store.
Super helpful guys working here working with me around fixing this dang HHR. Prices are bog standard as well. You can go across to Autozone if you want but their stuff just doesn't last the same.

A different advance didn't have a part we needed so they called this location for us and assured us that they would be open and have the part for us. We got here and tried to get them to let us in for the part but they just told us they were closed and to go away. Terrible customer service.
went to return an unused part and the wouldn’t let me, basically saying that once you buy it, your stuck wasting your money. this is why Autozone is and always will be better.
Terrible service and lack of motivation for life itself in the employees, it's just sad. I Called prior to even coming in. Was treated poorly over the phone and patronized because I am a woman. When my husband went in to pick up (year make an model was given over phone) part we inquired about they brought a completely different year make an model. Then said a REFURBISHED part would be $250+ (Average 50-150 ANYWHERE ELSE) they are also racist so don't expect good service or took seriously unless you are a middle age or older, white male. Go across the street to the auto zone. BRAND NEW $150 + plus great customer service ! Helpful people enjoying what they do. The environment was even cool with a/c and refreshing. Not stuffy and stank like A.A.Parts ?
Just left there 20 minutes ago. I had gone to the other 2 different auto parts stores as well prior. Dawson was by far the most helpful person out of the 3 stores. He found a solution for my father in laws truck that will work perfectly for the situation I'm working on . He definitely went above and beyond what you call customer service
Are van over heated they helped all they could and gave great advice we was also in the middle of a ice storm and had no heat in there they even offord us to stand inside while we was waiting to fix it
A very knowledgeable staff that can answer about any question you have and won't sell you something you don't need!!! Really loved the fact one of the ladies there when I thought was a blown fuse and they didn't have a fuse reader called down to Midas to see if they could do it!!! Which they were able to which was awesome found out it wasn't a fuse!!! Came back to by the part I needed and they discounted it for me!!! Very impressed with this place!!!
Great discounts if you buy online for in store pickup. They always have amazing promo codes offering 30 percent or more off. Google will find the promo code for you. This makes this the best and cheapest place to buy parts in the Quad Cities and beyond.
Very knowledgeable and friendly staff but I keep earning Rewards and I don't know how to use them and it seems like they don't know how to use them either so what's the point of a reward system just saying
Went here early one morning. My car barely started while I was on my way to work. A grilled came out and tested my battery. It was bad, which I knew, so she sold me a new one, installed it for free and took my old battery. I was only 7 minutes late to work! Very good and quick service.
